Prince of Qinghe

Lanling's lost heir

(This is a special part of Jin Ling in the story as a belated birth day gift for him. 🌻🎉🎂)

When Jin Mengyao was about to be the crowned prince little did he know that his elder brother Zixuan had a son and this son will be the next ruler of the kingdom. When he find out about this he was so furious to know about that his brother had a son with his wife princess YanLi of Yunmeng and plotted to asasinate him.

Around late at night the Jins held a celebration in honnor of the kingdom's founder and every one enjoys it. Prince Mengyao started his plot againts his brother. At evening before the ceremony Mengyao gives his brother a tea to drink for refreshment and as a gift of thanks for his brother. A ge please have a drink for your refreshment for a while." "Thank you Mengyao you are really kind to me as my brother and also to Xuanyu."  Zixuan then drink the tea. After a sudden he fall began to collapse at the ground, this makes his body froze and shake as he was about to reach Mengyao. But Mengyao only just stand and smile at him with a sinister look on his face. He ignored his brother who was getting sick, Zixuan then coughed out and saw blood on his hands that come out from his mouth, he realized that he had been poisoned and then yell at Mengyao with all his might giving his last message to him. "What have you DONE! Why do you have to do it (cough 2x) this way. I treated you with all my respect as your brother and now you will do this to me, to poison me. Don't you realize that your crime againts me is a crime againts the throne and the kingdom that can cause your downfall in Lanling?! My last message is one day your crime will all come to an end once your deeds to Lanling and other kingdoms are all revealed."
After those words Zixuan died, Mengyao then took his leave and clean the area, he also put his brother to bed he also tell every one that Zixuan commited suicide without any further reason, he only said that Zixuan became depressed the following night and commited suicide. This saddened his wife and many in the Lanling kingdom.

The next have arrived and his funeral was scheduled,Zixuan is buried at the place where his ancestors are buried. Yanli on the other hand become sick the following days after the funeral and after a week she died too of an illness. But before her death she asked her younger brother prince Jiang Cheng of Yunmeng to do something for her.  I have called you because I have some word to say before I go. Please take care of my son as your own, treat him like a child of you and always protect him at any cause. Please ACheng he needs someone to guide him now that Im not here any more" Jiang Cheng then nod his head and gives his message to his sister. "I will, jie jie. I'll protect him no matter what will it takes." After speaking those words Yanli died. A funeral for the kingdom of Yunmeng, Lanling and Meishan is held in honnor of her, she was given many honors as a princess and was burried along with the burial place of her husband.

Jiang Cheng then takes Jin Ling as his own and decided to raise him as good as he can. This was not know by Mengyao but Jiang Cheng devise a plan along with his friends: prince Wei Wuxian of Yiling, king Mingjue of Qinghe, princes Xichen and Wangji of Gusu, and also of Jin Ling's other uncle prince Xuanyu of Lanling to hid Jin Ling somewhere at the east of Yunmeng so that Mengyao will not know this. But fortunately for them they already know about the crime thanks to Xuanyu's personal attendant as he witness it in secret and prince Xuanyu on the other hand decides to tell them about it causing  them protect Jin Ling and to plot againts Mengyao.
