Shawn
I can't believe what I saw last night. Was it a dream? How could it be so vivid? I've been dreaming about her, but it has never been that real and never been that warming.
I opened my eyes, but I couldn't spot her anywhere in my room. I took a long sigh. Yeah, I guessed it's just another dream. I stepped out of my warm bed and blanket, gulped down some water placed on my bedside table, and headed to the bathroom. I rubbed my eyes while opening the bathroom door.
I closed the door and turned my body. Then, I saw my shampoo bottles flying. It's moving from its rack to the suddenly opened trash bin. I must be dreaming. I rubbed my eyes, but it was still happening. I never woke up no matter how many times I slapped my cheek.
And suddenly...
"GOOD MORNING, SHAWN MENDES!" A girl popped up half an inch in front of my face.
My eyes wide opened and my heart dropped to the floor. I flew back hitting my head on the bathroom door, producing a loud thud, "Jesus Christ, Ariel!" I rubbed the back of my head trying to massage away the pain, "You could make me die of heart attack, babe" I used my other hand to control my pounding heart, "plus concussion," Now I could feel my heart on my head.
"Ouch, I'm sorry, Shawn," She rushed to my side and placed her hand behind my head, but I couldn't feel her touch. "I'm sorry I didn't mean it," Guilt painted on her face. But not long after, a chuckle left her lips.
"Funny, eh?" I tried to put on an annoyed face.
"Aw, Shawn, don't be mad," She pouted her lips, "I'll grab you a scoop of ice cream after this," Her eyes sparkled and a smile curved on her tiny lips.
"I can't, baby. I have a rehearsal today, and I have to perform tomorrow," my hand still placed on my head that felt like starting to swell.
"Aww, how could you resist ice cream and spicy food for all these years," her eyes and lips pulled down knowing how I hold myself to eat ice cream and spicy food all these years even though they're my favourite comfort food.
"Well, if I want to survive and continue to live this life, I have to, honey" I raised my eyebrow and copy her state of lips, "So, now excuse me take a bath, won't you?" I faked place my both hands on her sides, turned her around, and pushed her to the bathroom door.
She glided through the door, not even bothered to open it to get through.
"Jesus, Ariel! Open the door first please, you're scaring me," I squeaked out of shock.
"Roger that, my Majesty," she laughed out loud seeing me being like this.
She's never changed. She never failed to make me smile like crazy to myself.
I was so lucky to have her once in my life.
Oh, maybe twice I could say.
