Chapter 12 - Naruto's Party!?

       Lee had taken a monster nap. He eventually woke up to the sound of music being annoyingly blasted from the commons room of his and Naruto's dorm. He got up as he rubbed his eyes and opened the door to reveal a bunch of college kids along with a disco ball that shined right into Lee's face. Lee didn't know what to do.

        He had to find Naruto. Right. The fuck. Now.

       After a few minutes of searching through the crowd of drunken college kids, he finds Naruto trying to make a move on his girlfriend, Hinata.

       "Naruto!" Lee yells, storming right up to him. "What is the meaning of this??"

       "Sorry, Brow Bushy." Naruto says, laughing and hiccuping. He was obviously drunk. "Party ends at 2 am!"

        "B-But it's only 8!" Lee shouts angrily. Naruto laughs.

        "Exacttlllyyyy!! Now, enjoy yourselff!" Naruto says, laughing more. Lee just rolls his eyes and walks out of the dorm building all together. Lee didn't drink. It was his law, and he was very—Let's just say destructive—when he was drunk.

       Lee sighs as he walks down the sidewalk in the 46 degree weather. He could almost see his breath. He sat on a bench and pulled out his phone and he starts going through his texts with Gaara. There weren't many. Lee hesitated, but started typing a message.

       Hey, Gaara... I'm terribly sorry if I offended you or hurt you in any way. I'm a curious person, and I understand if you are mad at me. It wasn't my place to go barging in on your life. I'm sorry.

        Lee couldn't bring himself to hit send. He was terrified. He heard a noise and looked up, and at that time his finger jolted downward and it hit the send button. He started freaking out and he tried to delete it but it was already too late.

        Who said I was mad at you, Lee? Gaara texted back. Lee sighed with relief. He couldn't believe that Gaara wasn't mad at him. He let out a squeal and almost threw his phone out of excitement. Wait...

       If you aren't mad at me, then why have you not been coming to class and why are you avoiding me? Lee asks a little worried. Was Gaara lying??? Lee really had done something!

       My plant shop has been going through rough times lately with the weather and such so I've had to dedicate all of my time into the shop. I'm sorry if I worried you. Gaara texts, making Lee smile.

        I love how dedicated you are, Gaara! You truly are one of a kind!! Lee texts rapidly.

       I'm not that great... Gaara texted. Lee could tell that Gaara was smiling and blushing through the phone.

       Hey, Gaara? I really want to go on another date. Lee types confidently.

        Another date...? Hm... Perhaps. If you want we could hang out right now. I just got done working and my brother is too lazy to drive down here and drive me places. Gaara types.

        Perfect! Naruto is throwing a party in the dorm so it's something to do! Lee types happily. I've really wanted to know more about you, so I guess this is a good experience!

        Lee left his spot of residement to go to find Gaara who was supposedly by his shop still.
