Chapter 20 - 🐧🐧

(Sorry I'm lazy and I forgot how to work with my amazing grammar 😨)

        "WHAT DO YOU MEAN PENGUINS CAN'T FLY??? THEY'RE BIRDS AREN'T THEY???" Gai yells at Kakashi angrily. He had started watching a penguin documentary after they had eaten dinner. Kakashi sighed and shook his head.

        "Gai, it's just a bird..." He says, pinching the bridge of his nose. Lee and Gaara look at each other with concerned looks and then Lee looks at Kakashi.

        "Father, me and Gaara are going to go up to my room." Lee says, grabbing Gaara's hand and making his way to the stairs.

        "Don't close that door." Kakashi says, looking at Lee with a serious look.

        "Kakashi! They are in the SPRINGTIME OF THEIR YOUTH. And they are in college. They don't need to follow silly rules." Gai says, grinning, but then going back to yelling about penguins. 🐧🐧🐧

        "Fine." Kakashi says, looking at Lee and Gaara and then looking at the TV. Lee smiles and pulls Gaara upstairs into a room just at the top of the stairs. He shuts the door behind them and takes a deep breath as he turns around.

        "Well, Gaara-Kun, welcome to my room!" Lee says, grinning at Gaara. Gaara looks around and then back at Lee.

        "It smells like sweat...." Gaara mumbles, looking at Lee. Lee sniffs the air.

        "Well- I mean- I- Can- W- It- Jus- I mean like- W-" Lee says, going around the room trying to find the air freshener he had. Gaara looks at the air freshener an that's sitting on Lee's desk and looks at Lee who is bent over trying to find it under his bed.

        I'm not gonna say anything... Gaara thinks, smiling slyly. Lee stands up and looks at Gaara.

        "Gaara~? What are you smiling about?" Lee says, walking over to Gaara. Gaara looks to the side.

        "Nothing." He mumbles, avoiding eye contact. Lee picks Gaara up, slings him over his shoulder, and spins around. "L-Lee wait! Put me down!"

        "Okay.." Lee says, throwing Gaara onto the bed softly and laying on him.

        "Lee no!" Gaara says, trying to push Lee off but failing. He finally gives up and lets his arms go limp above his head. He sighs and kicks his legs. Lee sits up and smiles at Gaara.

        "You're free to go, prisoner." Lee says, grinning. Gaara sits up and punches Lee in the arm, which doesn't do much since Gaara is pretty frail. Lee swoops Gaara up and looks around the room.

        "...The air freshener is on the desk...." Gaara says, crossing his arms. Lee looks at the desk and back at Gaara.

        "You know I'm kind of tired." Lee says setting Gaara down and then going to sleep while laying on top of him again.

        "Wait- Lee?? You can't possibly be asleep already..." Gaara says, trying to push him off. Gaara groans and gives up yet again.
