9 days until Han Jisung's birthday

Jisung woke up to his alarm, his phone blaring fancy by twice. He sat up and blinked a couple of times before doing the fancy choreography lazily as he sat in bed. He then turned off his alarm. He would always play a Twice song in the morning because it was effective in waking him up.

He turned his body and stood up out of bed, before grabbing a blanket and wrapping it around himself. He glanced in the mirror. He had messy hair and his cheeks were puffy like a squirrel, and he had a natural pout on his face. He then waddled over to his closet, looking for something to wear.

He opened the door to his walk-in closet and glanced around. He decided on wearing something different from his usual lazy outfit consisting of all black clothing; he decided to wear a light blue-ish purple turtleneck, along with dark grey jeans.

He didn't know what made him suddenly want to dress differently, but he was probably just bored with his usual no-effort outfits.

After he finished getting dressed, he walked into his bathroom. He opened a drawer and squinted so he could focus his vision. For some reason, he couldn't find his contact lenses. He began to panic, digging around for them everywhere. He walked out of the bathroom and called for his mom.

"Mom, do you know where my contact lenses are? I can't find them anywhere." The blonde questioned. "They aren't in any of your drawers??" She asked. "No, I just said I looked everywhere." Jisung whined. "Well, I wouldn't know where they are, I guess you'll just have to wear your glasses today, hon."

"Are you kidding me?? I hate wearing glasses." He pouted. "Well, would you rather wear your glasses or not be able to see?"

"Fine, I'll wear them." He sighed, defeated. He slouched as he slowly made his way back up the stairs. He walked into his room and over to his bedside table. He scrunched his nose as he opened his glasses case. "People are gonna think I look so dumb with these glasses." He spoke aloud to himself. He grabbed his glasses and put them on.

(This is what he looks like)

He glanced over at the mirror

He glanced over at the mirror. He just wanted to curl back up in bed and not have to go to school with his glasses, but he knew he had to go. He groaned before continuing to get ready.

When he was done, he walked out of the bathroom and grabbed his things before heading downstairs to eat. He walked back into the kitchen, waiting for breakfast to be ready. His mom turned to look at him. "I like your outfit!" She smiled. "I don't get why you don't like your glasses, they look so good on you!"

Jisung scrunched his nose. "Yeah, right. They make me look like a nerd." He crossed his arms. "Oh, come on Jisung. You don't look like a nerd. Besides, being a nerd isn't a bad thing you know." She ruffled his neatly styled hair. "Hey! I worked hard on my hair today!" The blonde pouted. "Oh boohoo. Now go sit down, breakfast will be ready soon."
