Minho exited the classroom, sighing. He kinda felt bad for brushing Jisung off, but it wasn't like he wasn't used to it. He knew it was for the best. Chan would kill him if he saw him talking to the younger. He would probably assume that he was being rude to him. As he thought about the blonde, he remembered that he was wearing his glasses again. He didn't know why the younger didn't wear them every day. As he headed to his next class, he spotted Hyunjin walking in the opposite. His eyes narrowed.
Right as Hyunjin was about to pass him, he grabbed the taller's arm and yanked him, changing his direction. He yelped in surprise. "What the hell?" He exclaimed as Minho dragged him. "I'm not letting you skip class again." He answered simply. Hyunjin huffed. "Why do you even care?" "Because although you're a dick, you're still my friend. Now quit complaining."
They entered the classroom, walking over to their desks. Changbin looked at them as they sat down. "Oh, you're here." He spoke, looking at Hyunjin. "What's that supposed to mean?" Hyunjin frowned. "I found him in the hall, I grabbed him before he passed me." The brunette told him. Changbin snickered.
"Did you use any of your time to reflect on what you did?" The black-haired male asked. Hyunjin ignored his question. "Seriously? You don't think you did anything wrong? Don't you feel bad at all for Seungmin?" He continued. He continued to ignore the older. Minho shook his head. He knew how stubborn Hyunjin was, but not even acknowledging what he did was bad even for him. There was no getting through to him, they just had to wait for him to be sensible for a change.
The class sped by fast, the three of them not causing a ruckus for a change. Minho really wished Hyunjin would just stop being an idiot so they could just all get along again. They all stood up and exited the classroom, Hyunjin going separate ways. Changbin shook his head. "That guy is so frustrating." Minho nodded in agreement. "Yup. He'll come around, eventually. Who knows how long that is though." He added, bringing the ravenette to laugh.
They entered the cafeteria, not paying attention. Minho halted in his spot, and Changbin didn't react fast enough, crashing into the person in front of him. "Fuck, I'm sorry! I wasn't paying attention!" He apologized quickly to the guy he landed on. "It's fine, I wasn't paying attention either." The latter replied in a deep voice. Changbin's eyes widened. "Felix?"
He quickly got off the younger, extending his hand out to the younger. The Aussie looked flustered as Changbin helped him up. Minho just watched the awkward exchange, snickering. Changbin was whipped for the guy. He apologized several times, still holding the younger's hand. Felix looked puzzled, as if he had just woken up. "It's really okay, Hyung. You don't have to apologize so much." He let out a nervous laugh.
"Sorry. I mean-" The short male cut himself off and quickly let go of Felix's hand once he noticed he was still holding it. "We'll get going now. Sorry again." Changbin blurted, pushing the brunette along with him. Minho just laughed at how awkward his friend was around the Aussie.
"Man, that was so embarrassing. Remind me to never move ever again." He let out a breath. "I can't guarantee that. That was hilarious." Minho snickered. Changbin punched his shoulder. "Some friend you are." He huffed. The brunette glanced over at Jisung and his friends. He really didn't understand why he thought about them so much lately. He resolved things, so everything should just return to how it was, right?
He noticed one of them was missing. The youngest one wasn't there. "Hey Changbin, why is one of them missing? That one with the braces. He's never missed a day of school. He shrugged. "How should I know? Although, he was upset about something yesterday. Felix and Jisung were comforting him. Maybe that's why." He replied. "Wait, what's his name?" Minho asked. "Jeongin, I think." He answered. "Why do you need to know?"
"I noticed Seungmin looked down in class this morning. I thought it was about Hyunjin at first, but he told me before that he isn't upset with Hyunjin as much anymore because he's used to him being stupid. And I remember him saying something about having a friend named Jeongin. Maybe it's about him. Plus, Seungmin usually eats here with us." Minho explained. Changbin looked deep in thought.
"Now that you mention it, I remember Seungmin went up to them when they were comforting the kid. I didn't hear what they were saying, but eventually, Seungmin left. I didn't think much of it, I thought he went over there to talk to JIsung. Now that I think of it, I have seen him hanging out with that kid often. He seems pretty close to Seungmin." Changbin added. "Did Seungmin look upset after talking with them at all?"
"Actually, yeah. I don't know why, though." The raven-haired male answered. "And you didn't go to see him?" The older questioned. "No... I don't know why." He replied, scratching the back of his neck. Minho sighed. "You were probably distracted by staring at Felix." He joked. "That's... actually true."
"How are you so predictable?" The older let out a laugh. "Hey, it's not like you don't stare at Jisung." The shorter male retorted. "Huh? No I don't." Minho said. "Oh yeah, you do. You do it all the time. You even did it when you hated him. When he wore his glasses that one time, it was like you couldn't take your eyes off him. Come to think of it, you were staring at him up until you spoke to me. And you call me whipped."
Minho was taken aback. Did he actually do that, or was Changbin lying? He did zone out from time to time... looking in that direction. The brunette opened his mouth to speak but nothing came out. He did do that. He shook his head in a desperate attempt to block out his thoughts. "Whatever. And I'm not whipped for Jisung. Never." Minho said. "Sure, buddy."
The two of them were still glancing at the friend group, like the weirdos they are. Eventually, Felix noticed and pointed at them, causing Jisung and Chan to turn around. Changbin and Minho quickly looked away, embarrassed. They tried to act as if they weren't just watching the friend group for a good five minutes. They soon heard someone approach them. "Why were you staring at us?"
They both looked up to see Chan. "What? We weren't." Changbin lied. Chris gave him an unimpressed look. "Changbin, you're the worst liar ever." He retorted before looking at Minho. "I thought I told you to leave Jisung alone." He spoke. "I am! He was the one talking to me this morning! Even ask him!" The brunette defended himself. "Sure, but why were you staring at him?"
Minho was speechless. Chris shook his head. "Whatever. Just don't even think about hurting him again." He glared. "I know, Hyung. I wasn't planning on it." He huffed. The Aussie left them, causing them both to heave out a breath of relief. "He sure is scary when angry." Changbin said. Minho nodded in agreement.
