Okay, I don't want to do this. But I have to.

Okay, let's begin with what they call each other.

French: Angleterre, mon ami. (England, my friend)

England: Frog, wanker........(British swear words)

Yes, the pairing could also pass off as pedo because when France was a teenage boy with problems, England was a kid, witnessing said problems. 

But....... what about the movie scene? "They love each other......." not gonna type that, please.

That could have been a translation f-up or something. Or they just ad libbed too much. The Japanese dub says, "care for each other anyway" which could take a platonic meaning as well.

Also, why is England bottom? They are equals, dammit.

When I entered this Fandom, I actually had this idea about their relationship.

France------------------>England----------------> America------------------> Japan (who I then headcanoned as ace. I don't do that now.)

Again, that was when I was 12. Now, I have a broader shipping sense. I ship this. I ship it hard. Harder than USUK. Harder than Asakiku, and I shipped the latter a lot before. FrUk for me is just, ahh....*squeals* I freaking love it.
