"It's the first time we've had our evening tea," one of the girls squealed. "This is so exciting! I can't wait to see the stars."

It was one of our usual tea party sessions— mostly again, about boys. Even so, there was only one I could think of. It seemed as if it had been a long row of days- but it had just been the same day, but really eventful. I scanned the place for Jennette, but she must have been stuck at home because it was night time.

"Oh, right, it's a pleasure to meet you, Princess Athanasia! I'm new here," one of the girls said. She'd been different from any other person I'd seen before- beautiful emerald green eyes, white hair as pure as Ijekiel's. "You can call me Lady Judith." The girl curtsied, before sitting back down. I'd smiled, and then nodded to her.

But there was something I couldn't quite out my finger on. Judith. That was it. Penelope Judith. No wonder those eyes were so familiar. She must have been a relative of that wench.

But who could say for sure she would be the same, right? I couldn't judge someone by their family— after all, families did influence like I did to Claude, but family doesn't make you who you are.

"Lady Judith, have you seen the lone black wolf yet?"

Hearing those words made me look up from me daze— as if I was finally interested. "The lone black wolf?" Lady Judith looked up as she furrowed her eyebrows.

"Yes, the young royal magician. He's absolutely handsome— not to mention, he seems mysterious too," I couldn't help but shift in my seat uncomfortably. It was a weird- fuzzy feeling again, yet unpleasant this time. "I'd love to meet him!"

"He seems to be a perfect candidate for a bachelor, no?" said another one of them. "I've heard that he's an orphan, though. That he's taken care of by his grandparents, the wizards of the Tower."

And so, that sentence reminded me of something I'd said a week ago, but about Ijekiel. In just a week, my feelings changed a lot, maybe not, but maybe I'd just realised how I felt.

I clenched my fists as I felt more agitated by everything they were saying. "Yet still, how amazing it would be to have such a good-looking partner as such, imagine being in his arms!"

I felt irritated for some reason- we weren't official lovers yet, hearing people talk about these made me feel uncomfortable. Because, I knew what it felt to be in his arms.

"Hearing all these makes me really want to meet him!" Lady Judith said. From that harmless comment, I'd stood up from my chair, before a pair of arms wrapped around me from the back and gently pushed me back into my chair. "Who are-"

  "You..."

It had been Lucas. The one and only, Lucas. The black lone wolf of the heated topic. I stared up into his ruby red eyes which seemed to be filled with confidence.

"I apologise, I forgot to introduce myself," he said as the girls around the table'd started squealing.

"Kyaaa! That's the black lone wolf!" One of them whispered to Lady Judith, yet still, too loud that it could be heard. Lady Judith seemed to be staring intensely at him— as if, she were in love.

I felt a spark of irritation bothering me. Wasn't it a great day? Could it really be shut down all like that?

"My name is Lucas of the Tower. And I am Princess Athanasia's," he introduced.

  "Boyfriend."

The gasps of the girls could be heard— yet I couldn't tell if they were disgusted gasps or just surprised ones. My eyes widened, heart raced once again as I felt my face burst into a tomato red colour. "B-Boyfriend..."

I was dumbfounded— yet overjoyed. So we were something. I looked to him as he breathed, "I told you we'd settle our argument."

His arms had still be wrapped around me, feeling the warmth of his embrace, I couldn't help but smile a little more.

"I-I've got to go again, my elders are waiting, I'll see you later," he gave me a peck on the forehead once again, before rushing off. Had today been his favourite day to give quick kisses? However, I did love them lots.

I was just passing by, by the way.

I shook off the message Lucas sent in my mind.

"How lucky you are, Princess! You have such a lovely and loving boyfriend," another girl commented, yet for some reason, I felt someone staring into my soul. Of course, the suspicious one— Lady Judith. She seemed to be faking a smile. For someone who'd faked a smile her whole life, I knew for sure, something was probably bothering her.

  I just didn't know what.

"Oh, my! The stars are beautiful!" The tension soon broke with the girls noticing a heart shape  constellation formed by stars. I had to admit, it was beautiful.

I loved it, so much. I couldn't help but feel that my worries and doubts went away for that moment.
