July 6th, the final day of the Grand Magic Games. It's finally here. Only one guild will be victorious today and Rae intended to keep the first place tittle. The teams were about to take the field and somehow Rae felt nervous. Will Haruka and Bella be safe?

Her hands clenched the necklace on her chest and an ice mage could see her foot tapping on the ground. She was nervous. Gray stood closer to her and put his hand on her shoulder to calm her down. He made sure the boundaries as he knew she wasn't his to touch.

Rae looked at the hand on her shoulder and glanced at her childhood friend with a nod. Goodluck, Rae. She heard his voice in her head and the brown haired girl felt butterflies swarming in her heart.

About the maroon exceed she had saved yesterday, Rae had placed a sleeping spell on Lector, leaving him in the hotel room and she didn't even want to do it but he was just annoying, pestering her to let him go.

She couldn't do it as she knew Minerva would harm him if he went back to Sting. Rae couldn't help but admitted that she had made a place for Lector in her heart. He was cute and Rae was a sucker for a cat. Don't tell Bella about that. It's time for Fairy Tail to take the field.

"And currently in first place! Will this be the day the so-called strongest guild seven years ago comes back in full force?" Fairy Tail was taking the field. Another reformed team. Rae walked ahead with her head held high. "They've changed the members! This is an unexpected development! In place of Natsu Dragneel, we've got Laxus Dreyar!"

The brown haired girl heard her name among the crowd and she found herself smiling softly at the triplets from yesterday waving their hands at her. She poked Gray on the stomach and whispered something in his ear. The ice mage furrowed his eyebrow and shook his head with a smile.

He then flipped his hair charmingly and waved at a silver haired little girl. "Yuki-chan, are you alright?" Tomoe, the eldest sibling shook his sister's body hard as he could see her ghost slipping out from the body. Rae and Gray shared a look and laughed together as he put his arm on her shoulder.

"Aniki, Yuki-chan is broken." Yato spoke monotonously and lifted his hand high. Then, he hit his sister on the head and Yuki quickly got up on her feet, glaring at her brother with daggers in her eyes. Rae watched Tomoe held a hand on the forehead and shook his head at his siblings.

The girl waved at them while winking at Yato who had turned red. "Now, Yato-nii is broken." Rae turned to her serious mode as her eyes caught the daughter of Sabertooth's master. There's a separate team heading to rescue Lucy and Rae had allowed Haruka and Bella to go as well.

She needed to know their progress in saving Lucy and since Bella could use her telepathy magic, they could communicate with her anytime. The wizard saint trailed her eyes to Fairy Tail's rooting section and nodded her head at Master Mavis. Mama and everyone else, good luck at the tournament!

Rae lifted the corner of her red lips with a chuckle. Leave this to us, Haruka. I'm counting on you to save Lucy. The final game. A survival game which everyone must participate it. For this final battle, the battlefield was the entire city of Crocus.

The members of each guild had already dispersed and were standing by. The teams run around the town and if they encountered an enemy guild, a battle ensued. Rae looked at her teammates with a long exhale. She was the leader and the other guilds didn't know about it.

They had no choice but to win the game to get Lucy back. "We gotta win for the guys in the guild who had it rough while we were gone for seven years." Laxus suppressed a smirk at the brown haired girl. Rae looked at the sky and the game began. They hurdled together into a line and closed their eyes.
