"Lightning wave." Rae slammed her hand on the ground and lightning sparked brightly, heading towards the enemies. They were now in a secret base for a certain gang of thieves in the west outskirts of Magnolia. They, the thieves let out loud groans as their bodies were hit by her lightning magic.

They were just normal thieves, not mages but they for sure loved to take advantages on weak people. "That took less time than I thought." Bella exclaimed as she went to Rae and sat on her head. They walked out from the base and Rae could feel there's a pair of eyes staring at them.

She turned around and saw Loke was looking at Lucy. The girl narrowed her eyes at him as Happy told the rest that Loke was there. They headed to him and Natsu asked him if he had a job around there too. Rae watched with curiosity at Loke whom eyes were bulging out as soon as Lucy stepped closer.

"This is perfect, I wanted to thank you for.." She didn't get the chance to finish her sentence as Loke took a step back and sprinted away from her. Rae stared at him with her eyebrow was furrowed, reading his thoughts that alerted him about Lucy. He was avoiding her. And why's that?

The girl left Bella with them, saying they could meet at Hosenka, the most popular spa town in Magnolia since they had finished the job early.

Before Lucy could say anything, the brown haired girl had gone. Rae used her nose to follow his scent. She walked in the forest, glancing around as a bunch of thoughts was running in her head. Then, she saw him. He was breathing heavily as he had just done running away from Lucy just now.

Rae hid herself behind a tree and watched him sitting down and leaning against a tree. She saw him picking up a flower and smiled softly. Then, something happened that made Rae bit her lower lip hard. The flower in his hand was drying and turning into dust.

Loke had a shocked look on his face and stared at his hand with his lips were put in a straight line.

Rae narrowed her silver eyes as she read his thoughts. Just what are you hiding, Loke? She turned back and headed to Hosenka walking as she needed time to think. What did he mean by he didn't have much time left? Is he going somewhere? Is he having trouble?

The girl shook her head and headed to Hosenka fast. Hosenka was a very popular town as it was set up by a Duke influenced by the Orient, it was a garish and somewhat iffy tourist spot. She walked to the hotel the rest were in and she saw Lucy, Bella and Erza were already in the hot springs.

"Having a good time?" Rae asked them as she took off her clothes and got in the hot springs. Bella nodded, grinning widely. The girls chatted for a while as they needed to let out their stresses being surrounded by Gray and Natsu. Done taking a bath, Rae wrapped herself and Bella in towels.

She wore a blue yukata and tied her brown hair up into a long ponytail. She helped Bella wore hers and put a white ribbon on her head. Both girls then went to the room and saw everyone was having a pillow fight. Or more specifically, pillow war.

Rae put her hand on her forehead, seeing her friends were being completely idiots. She looked at her right and wanted to ask Bella if she wanted to go explore the town but found herself shaking her head as she saw Bella was joining them in the pillow fight.

Seeing Lucy was watching them from afar, Rae decided to ask her out maybe both of them can have a bonding time as well. Lucy nodded her head and they walked out from the room. The Celestial Spirit Mage summoned Plue out.
