It had been five days since Fairy Tail rebirth. Rae moved back into her old house with Lucy, Wendy and Erza. She insisted her sister and Wendy on staying together as she didn't want to be apart from them anymore. Though, it was weird for Rae to act like that but the wizard saint just smiled sheepishly. Lucy couldn't help but sense a hidden meaning behind that.

The battle with Tartaros nearly destroyed the city a year ago. Even so, the townspeople warmly accepted them back with Rae's help. However, she thought it was because of the strong bond of mutual trust that had existed between the town and the guild for generations.

"We need to hurry and rebuild our building!" Haruka exclaimed cutely as she struggled to carry a sack. Romeo then noticed her red face and offered to help her, causing Mirajane and her sister shared a grin together. Bella nodded her head and passed a wood to Happy. Rae approached them and nodded her head in approval.

"If we divide the work among us, it'll be complete sooner. We want Master to praise our new guildhall when he returns." The Dark Enchantress smiled and used her magic to move the woods. Rae thanked Lisanna as she gave her a drink. She walked to Levy who was doing some paperwork and corrected some mistakes she did.

Restarting the guild was a lot more complicated than Levy had thought. Rae nodded. Without Council approval, they'd basically be like a dark guild. Then, a thought crossed Levy's mind. "Wait, Rae-chan! You're the Chairman of Council! Where's the need of preparing these paperwork if you are here?"

That gained everyone's attention.

"What? Rae is the Chairman?"

"That means, she's the first ranked wizard saint!"

"Woah, amazing!"

"Yes, Fairy Tail now is the strongest guild in this continent!"

Rae rubbed the back of her head awkwardly. "Yeah, about that, I forgot to tell you guys. They appointed me to be the Chairman since I survived the attack from before." Everyone roared and cheered for having the strongest mage in Ishgar in the guild. The girl shook her head at their enthusiasms. Rae looked at Levy and shook her head.

"You must do that as well, Levy. Or else, this guild will be listed as a dark guild if we don't prepare paperwork. This paperwork is the proof of the Council's approval. And I won't make any decision myself. I have to discuss with others too." Rae patted her blue hair and Levy slumped her shoulders hopelessly.

"I just need to fill out this part, but-" The blue haired girl tapped her pen on the table with a sigh. Rae looked over and smiled. They needed to decide who their guild master will be. It's just temporary until Master Makarov returned. The blonde girl noted that, they needed to find someone who's capable to lead them.

At the same time, a battle was happening between Elfman and Natsu, gaining everyone's attention. Rae smiled and exclaimed that they needed someone who can keep them under control while Master Makarov was away. The girl crossed her arms and watched both of them had grown lot stronger. Then, as usual, Gray was involved and eventually everyone joined as well.

Rae turned around when she felt a great power behind her. It's Erza. She gave them a dark glare and everyone scrabbled on their feet back to work. "There you got the answer." Rae smiled at Levy. The blue haired girl nodded and wrote down the name. Their seventh master was Erza Scarlet. Everyone cheered together and celebrated it.

The red head shook her head frantically, saying Rae was the one who should be the master. The blonde girl raised an eyebrow. "You're the only one up to the task, Erza. And I couldn't be master because I'm already the Chairman, remember? If I be the master, then it would be quite unfair to other guilds."
