I rushed to the Tuan's company after I gathered all the information I needed from Jaebum.

Mark! I need to bring Mark to Jiyeon before it's too late. I don’t want him to regret when he lets Jiyeon go again this time.

My eyes kept watching the clock in my dashboard.

Nearly twelve noon. I need to hurry. Jiyeon will fly at three o’clock in the afternoon. So I need to hurry and bring Mark with me to stop Jiyeon.

I stopped at the entrance. The guards, who knew me, just smiled and opened the glass door for me. I smiled back with my phone in hand, dialing Mark’s number. When I entered the lift, I immediately pushed the button to Mark’s office.

“Mr. Tuan? Good afternoon, sir.” Mark’s assistant, Ms. Nayeon greeted me.

“I want to meet Mark.” I said immediately.

“Oh…Mr.Tuan…”

“Mark!” I called Mark, before Nayeon said anything. It seems like he just finished a meeting.

I sped to Mark who was stunned to see me here.

“You have to follow me right now, Mark!” I said as soon as I stopped in front of him. I don’t have time to tell him the full story.

“I have some work to do right now, dear. I will follow you after I finish my work, okay?” Mark smiled at me.

I shook my head after hearing his answer. Time does not allow me to wait. We’re running late right now.

“You need to follow me right now, before everything is too late.” I took Mark's hand, and dragged him with me.

“Where are we going, Jinyoungie?” Mark kept on asking.

“You will know soon. Don’t worry, you will not regret.” I still held Mark’s hand. I have to or Mark will not follow me.

I opened the door for Mark and pushed him inside, before shutting the door and taking my seat. I started the engine and drove to our destination. Incheon International Airport.

Along the way, he constantly asked about our destination. I just kept quiet, not even speaking a word. I didn't want him to be shocked and worried, so I will just tell him when we arrived there.

Finally Mark quietened down after realising that he’s just talking alone.

“Why did you bring me to IIA?”

I can see the nervousness in Mark’s face. I still kept silent.

Fortunately, the question was out when I was looking for a parking space.

“Jinyoung, I’m talking to you right now!” Mark refused to get out of the car although I already opened the door for him.

“I will not go out until you tell me why you brought me here.” He remained stubborn.

I sighed as I looked at my watch. 10 minute before two o’clock. I’m worried we can’t meet Jiyeon if Mark persists.

“Mark.” I extended my hand to him, ready to pull him out of the car.

Mark stared at my hand for a while, before he finally took my hand.

“Don’t worry, Mark, I’m not trying to destroy your happiness. I just want to help you to get your happiness back.” I give him the conviction to keep following my steps.

His face seemed to worry, but his legs followed.

“You still have not answered my question. Why did you bring me here?” Mark asked the question again as soon as we stepped into the entrance.

I immediately started looking for Jiyeon, still avoiding Mark’s question. I want him to meet Jiyeon first. That is more important than his question.

“Jinyoung, stop!” Mark stopped me with his body.

My body was pressing to his chest and his face was too close to me right now.

“I’m tired of your silent treatment. You better tell me the truth, or I will go home now.”

I don’t have any choice right now when Mark seems serious.

Seeing that I didn’t reveal anything, Mark began to turn back, but I stopped his steps before he began to walk away.

I will tell him everything.

“I don’t know what happened to you and Jiyeon. Did you know Jiyeon will leave Korea forever?” I began. “Please don’t be mad at Jiyeon anymore. You have to stop Jiyeon right now before it is too late.”

Mark just stayed silent. I know he must be shocked right now.

“So, you bring me here to stop Jiyeon from leaving?”  Mark finally said something.

I nodded. He is right.

“Hurry up, Mark. You don’t have time now. You have to stop Jiyeon.” I said again.

“Do you really want me to marry Jiyeon?” Mark furrowed his brow.

“Mark, we don’t have time to discuss that right now. You have to hurry up.” I don’t want to answer that question, because no matter what my answer is, it will not change anything.

“Answer my question. Do you really want me to marry Jiyeon?” Mark raised his voice, holding both of my arms firmly.

Our eyes met.

Of course I don’t want that to happen. I’m still his wife and I still love him. If I said yes, that means he has to let me go. But if I said no, then I would destroy his happiness again. Who am I to do that? So what choice do I have?

In the end, I just turned my head away. Let my silence say everything.

Mark let go of my arms and took a step back, keeping his distance from me.

“You really want to punish me, right Jinyoung?” Mark said slowly, his voice a little choked. But I still managed to catch it.

It’s not a punishment that I give him, but a love story and heart that he longed for a long time ago. Why would he look at it as a punishment?

“Mark, Jinyoung? What are you doing here?” Suddenly, Jiyeon appeared in front of us.

Mark and I both glanced at Jiyeon with her suitcase.

Thank god we met Jiyeon here.

“Okay, I will marry Jiyeon, but with a condition!” Mark then looked at me with his angry face.

I immediately looked at Mark.

“You’re the one who will prepare my wedding from A-Z. I don’t want anyone to help you include mama and papa. I want you to be the one who prepared our divorce paper and I want you to attend my wedding.”

He is so serious right now. I have not seen his serious face in so long.

“But Mark, I…”

“Jiyeon, as long as we are not getting married, someone will never be satisfied. So, you don’t have to go anywhere now.” Mark cut my words, not allowing me to say anything.

I’m stuck there. Why would he give that condition? It’s not me who forces them to be in love. That is what their heart wants. Why would they include me?

“I want to get married 2 week from now. And I want everything settled before that. I don’t care how you do it. I only give you two weeks.” Mark turned and walked away after saying that.

I was in a daze.

Jiyeon, who didn't want to listen to Mark’s plan, had already turned around. In the few seconds that I was stunned, she had already walked away to queue and check her pass.

Since Mark’s wedding is my responsibility now, I have to stop Jiyeon no matter what.
