Mark smiled at me as soon as he entered our room. His smile seems weird this time. He walked slowly to the wardrobe, and took out his hoodie before giving it to me.

“Here, take this and wear it.” Mark gave me the hoodie with a smile.

“Huh? Hyung, why should I wear your hoodie inside our house? Besides, it's hot.”

His actions felt weird. Moreover, it is summer right now. That’s the reason I wore sleeveless and here, Mark is asking me to wear a hoodie.

“Mom said that Jaebum is coming here. He wants to meet you. I allow you to meet him, but I don’t allow you to get out like that.” Mark still confronted me with his hoodie.

“Jaebum hyung?”

I’m shocked. It’s been a long time since I heard his name.

Jaebum disappeared after Mark and I got back together. Maybe he is searching for time to forget about me. Now, he came back looking for me. It makes me feel guilty. What should I say?

“Do you really allow me to meet Jaebum, hyung?” I asked, just to make sure. I don’t want Mark to be mad later.

“I’m allowing you, because I believe you like you believe me, babe.” Even though his mouth said the words, his face said another thing.

“But babe, can I just look at you from upstairs?” Mark said.

“Why don’t you just follow me, hyung. You don’t have to eavesdrop. Besides, I’m more comfortable if you are with me… ” I gave a suggestion, hoping he would accept it.

“It’s okay. You just go alone. If I follow you, I’m scared Jaebum would feel uncomfortable.” Mark doesn’t agree. “But with one condition.” Mark began to put his hoodie on my head when I still didn't get dressed in the way he wanted.

“What is it, darling?” I asked, wanting to know what other conditions he had.

“Please don’t keep any secrets from me. If you don’t mind, I want to know what Jaebum said to you. Can I?” Mark asked, while he still fixed his hoodie on my body.

I laughed. “That’s why I asked you to come with me…” I gave him a wink.

“Do you want me to bring a voice recorder?” I joked, wanting to see his happy face again.

“Don’t make me kiss you, babe, or you will never get out of this room.” Mark said while laughing with me.

His happy face always makes my heart beat faster each day.

“Let’s stop here, go and settle everything. Okay?” Now Mark kissed my forehead before he pushed me lightly toward the door.

“Are you sure you won’t come with me?” I asked for the last time. I just want to make sure.

Mark nodded before he gave me a smile.

“Then I’m going down first…”

I slowly went down. I can see Jaebum’s figure from where I stood. He looked nervous. It makes me feel guiltier.

Jaebum stood up when he saw me. His smile seems different from the usual him.

“Please sit down, Jaebum hyung. Sorry to keep you waiting.” I said in a low voice.

“It’s okay, I just arrived.” Jaebum took his seat before continuing. “Where’s Mark? Why doesn’t he join us?”

The question being asked is too difficult for me to answer.

“No, Mark has work to do upstairs.” I lied.

“How are you, Jinyoung?”

“I’m fine. How about you? It’s been a long time since I met you. Where did you go, hyung? Are you mad at me?” I asked frankly. Jaebum had disappeared for the past month.
