*Requested Jarbyn* Also who else misses Jack's curls? I love his hair rn but I was looking at old videos and kind of miss those curls.
Jack sat on the roof of his cousin's house repairing a leak. This usually wasn't the kind of work that he did, but he wanted some extra money. His cousin walked out with Zach's sister Reese. "Hey! You want a snack or a drink? You've been out here long time."
Jack shook his head. "Thanks for offering. I'll eat when I get home."
"Can we play later?" Reese asked.
Jack smiled. "Of course."
Corbyn and Daniel sat on the couch watching a movie when Jonah and Zach walked in. "Harry Potter? Why didn't you call me?" Jonah said taking a seat.
"You were sleeping." Daniel replied snuggling up against Jonah.
Corbyn began to doze off on Zach's shoulder. Ashley sat next to Zach and smiled at her brother. "Tired Corbs?"
Corbyn nodded. "I didn't get much sleep last night." he replied.
Jack's cousin walked out of the house. "Reese is inside playing with the dog. I need to go to work for an emergency meeting. Lock up when you're done and leave key under the mat."
Jack nodded. "Alright."
After an hour Jack began to climb down the ladder. "Jack!" Reese screamed.
Startled, Jack's leg slipped and he lost his balance landing hard on the ground below. He heard a snap in his collarbone and bit his lip. "I'm coming Reese." he moaned, rushing into the house.
There he found Reese holding her leg and crying. "What happened?" Jack asked.
"The dog jumped and scratched me." Reese answered.
Jack's shoulder was throbbing and he felt like he was going to pass out. "Let's go home." he sighed.
When they arrived at the house Jack went upstairs leaving Zach to help Reese. Jack moaned as he pulled on his hoodie. A pain he'd never felt tore through his shoulder. He screamed and collapsed against the wall.
Corbyn raced upstairs and gasped. "J! What happened babe?" he asked.
Jack was shaking with pain. "I fell off my cousin's roof. Reese screamed and it startled me."
Corbyn nodded. "Your leg slipped, causing you to fall." he said in realization.
Jack nodded feeling dizzy. "Oh man. It hurts."
Corbyn pulled the neck of Jack's sweater and looked at the swollen black and blue collarbone. "Babe, you need a doctor."
Jack began to cry as Corbyn lifted him to his feet. Corbyn sighed. "I know it hurts, but we have to get you to the car."
When they got downstairs, Jack began to tremble from pain again. Corbyn laid Jack on the floor knowing Jack couldn't ever try to move anymore. "Guys help!"
Ashley arrived, followed by Jonah, Zach and Daniel. Zach knelt beside Jack and felt his chest and shoulder. "No wonder he's in so much pain. He dislocated his shoulder."
Ashley dialed 911. "We tried to move him but he's in too much pain."
A few minutes later the ambulance arrived. When they finally got Jack to the hospital they relocated his shoulder and immobilized it. Jack walked over to the boys a few hours later. "Are you okay?" Daniel asked worriedly.
Jack shrugged. "Better."
The boys arrived at the house and Corbyn and Jack were standing near a mirror in their room. "I'm glad you're okay. That fall could've been worse."
Jack kissed Corbyn softly on the lips. "I'm glad you were there for me."
Corbyn kissed his boyfriend back. "I'm glad too."
