3rd POV:

"Hayes stop your opinion is invalid!" Nash shouted across the dinner table.

"Nash no shouting! Now eat, you got school tomorrow." Mr. Grier said taking a cut piece of steak off his plate with his fork and eating it.

"His opinion is invalid though." Nash muttered grabbing some corn on his fork.

This was rare, Nash actually participating in family discussions. He would always get yelled at for shouting. He couldn't really control himself when he was trying to prove a point.

"Your opinion is invalid." Hayes mutter copying Nash.

Nash looked up giving Hayes a glare, Hayes just laughed. Nash continued eating when the doorbell rang.

"I'll get it!" Hayes yelled getting up and walking to the door.

Small murmurs of conversations were heard from the dinner table. Mr.Grier, also known as chad, made a confused face while wiping his face with his napkin.

"I'll go see what's going on." He then said excusing himself.

"Looks like we have company." Chad announced returning with Hayes and two people following.

Elizabeth, Nash's mother, stood up politely introducing herself along with nash. (No Skylynn SOrry :( )

"This is nash my middle son and I'm guessing you've already met Hayes my youngest. My oldest is in college." Elizabeth said while shaking hands with the woman and her son.

"Well I'm Gina Dallas and this is my son, Cameron. We just moved in and introducing ourselves to the neighbors. Pleasure to meet you."

Cameron smiled and gave a little wave to Nash's mother, Elizabeth returning the favor.

"Please sit I'll go get You some food."

The two did as they were told and sat at the rather large dinner table. Nash just sat there eyeing the new people. He wasn't used to company, in fact his family was one the the quiet ones who never participated in parties unless they needed to.

"So Nash what grade are you in?" Gina asked trying to make small talk.

Nash just shrugged, not responding.

"Nash be polite, we have guests. Now answer her question." Chad demanded politely.

Nash just rolled his eyes "eleventh." He muttered out.

Gina looked at Nash with a shock expression, not expecting him to be rude. Cameron just sat there awkwardly.

"What about you?" Nash asked Cameron.

"Same grade."

(^ OOOPPSS ^)

Nash could hear how nervous Cameron was.

"Here we go," Nash's mom said while placing the plates in front of them, " you don't have to finish it all."

Cameron and Gina thanked her politely and started eating.

Nash finished, put his plate in the kitchen then started making his way upstairs.

"Nash where do you think you're going?" Chad asked already irritated by Nash's behavior tonight.

"My room where else?" Nash replied pointed upstairs.

"Why don't you show Cameron your room? You guys can be friends?"

Nash looked at cameron then back at his father.

"Is this someone sort of punishment?" Nash asked being completely serious.

Cameron frowned and chads eyes widened.

"You will show his your room and you'll become friends." Chad demanded.

Nash groaned, "c'mon." He said looking at Cameron.

Cameron slowly got up and walked to the stairs. The pair made their way to Nash's room.

Nash slammed his door shut, and pointed to the bed. Cameron got the hint and sat on his bed, his hands in his lap. Nash made his way to his computers pulling out papers of some sort.

"Don't touch anything, and don't think we're going to become best friends just because my dad said so." Nash spat out harshly.

Cameron frowned again, the thought of having someone hate him made Cameron sad.

"You don't talk much do you?" Nash asked.

"Sorry I'm just kind of quiet and very awkward with small talk."

Nash chuckled at the small talk part. His small smile disappeared when he realized he was Laughing. He never laughed ever since what happened.

"So what's your story?" Cameron asked taking Nash out of his thoughts.

"My what?"

"Your story, you know why are you the way you are?" Cameron said clearing things up.

"What's wrong with the way I am?" Nash questioned.

"N-nothing it's just you look like a good little boy but you act like a bad boy."

"Good guys are just bad guys that haven't been caught." Nash responded.

"5sos" Cameron said smiling a little.

Nash chuckled nodding. Nash was still sitting at his computer looking through papers.

"Well Cameron I'd have to say you aren't that awkward."

"Thanks."

"Cameron time to go." Gina said softly knocking on the door.

"Coming." Cameron said getting up and making his way to the door.

Before he left he looked back at Nash, "thanks for not hating me."

Nash chuckled again and said you're welcome.

Cameron slowly closed Nash's door behind him.

Nash laid on his bed and slowly drifted to sleep.
