chapter 13: Alive part 2

Yasmin's P.O.V

I was finally gonna get out of that dungeon place of what you call a 'hospital'. It always smells weird. I was walking behind Hailey and Sarah as everyone else went their separate ways.
Hailey had gotten her drivers license so she was giving me a ride Home which I thanked her a lot. I feel bad for Hailey and Sarah, they're both having problems with their guys and I'm just here. wait...it's my chance. Now that i'm alive, I can tell them what really happened when Johnny went over!

yasmin: "Hey guys um-"

Sarah:"Look! There's a sushi place right there!! Can we go?! Please?!!"

she said as she patted Hailey's shoulder multiple times while Hailey laughed and shook her head with an approving kind of look. I guess I have to wait longer.

*~*~ 3 hours later ~*~*

After sushi, they had dropped me off at home where Miriam and Zoë were waiting. It's good to be back home. I just didn't have enough time to tell the girls about Johnny.

Hailey's P.O.V

Hailey: "It doesn't matter!! We're over!"

I said as I stormed out of Frank's house. I can't believe him!
whenever were hanging out he never pays attention to me, he just continues with his phone. I don't deserve him...or do I? No, I don't. I got in my car and started driving wherever my heart led me too.

Billie's P.O.V

I was walking as hate ran through my body. Me and Sarah recently broke up. She thinks I'm different, I have no idea what's she's talking about, I seem perfectly fine. The clear moonlight shined as it slowly began to sprinkle. What am I gonna do with my life? The night was cold but I felt an even colder breeze next to me. I looked around but there's no one. This is a weird town.

Hailey's P.O.V

I continued driving but the engine would get slower and slower every time. I looked at my gas tank and it was now empty. Great, the highlight of my night. I got out of my car as the rain took over me damping my clothes and my hair, why is it so cold tonight?? There was a closed store called "Family dollar". I decided to lean against the wall. I brought my knees to my chest and started to cry.

Billie's  P.O.V

I continued walking as I see a car in the middle of the street, that's weird, it looked like Hailey's car but where is she? She wasn't in her car, I looked around as the rain fell harder, it was a little hard to see until I see someone leaning on the wall crying with their knees up to their chest. I walked up to the person realizing it was Hailey.

Billie: "Hailey are you okay?! What are you doing out here so late???"

I asked but she continued to cry. I sat next to her as I put my arm around her. I could tell I scared her a little not realizing it was me but she settled down and hid her face.

Billie: "Hailey what's wrong?...Can you tell me?"

...

Hailey: "I broke up with Frank and now I'm stranded here."

she said quietly. My heart dropped to see her so sad.

Billie: "So he just left you here and drove off?"

Hailey: "No...we broke up and I drove off but the gas tank got empty so now I'm stuck here..."

Billie: "Come on."

I stood up and held out my hand as she looked at me with confusion. She took my hand and I helped her stand.

Sarah's P.O.V

After Billie left, I started having a little...tantrum? I've been crying so much and I've been throwing pillows off the beds, couches and everywhere else. I haven't really eaten much today except for that sushi, maybe I should just go out and eat; I really don't feel like cooking. I grabbed my coat and started walking to the nearest diner. When I arrived, I see a few people eating and talking. The smell of food filled my nose while I see waitresses in pink uniforms running around serving people with white skates. I sat on a table in the corner and a waitress brings me a menu.

Waitress: "Hello, Can I start you off with a drink?"

Sarah: "Pink lemonade please."

Waitress: "Coming right up"

she says as she writes it down on her tiny notebook and skates away to the kitchen. I rub my hands together since I was still a little cold when I see that a guy with dark brown hair just looking in my direction. I gulp and turn around but no one was there. Was he looking at me? Ok Sarah, calm down, he's just an ordinary guy...but he's so cute! Am I really talking to myself? He's still looking over here...should I wave? Should I smile?  Should I get up and leave? No Sarah! this is your time to get over Billie! Get up and introduce yourself! Pshh, yea right. I grab my menu and open it up pretending to look at it when really i'm just trying to avoid him. As i'm looking, I hear him laugh, I look at him and see him still looking in my direction, I laid my eyes back on the menu when I hear him get out of his seat and stared making his way towards me.
