Chapter 4: A Fake

Gerard's P.O.V

A few hours have passed and I'm here alone sitting on Yasmin's bed while she's on a date with Johnny. Man that guy is lucky. I've never had a girlfriend before and now I never will because I'm just a pale ghost who loves coffee yet can't have any. I started reading some comics that I found in one of her boxes. When I finished reading the comic, I sighed and decided to walk around the house and give myself a little tour. I walked inside a very girly room as I see one of her friends sleeping on her bed, I looked around the room and saw the name 'Miriam'; I guess this is Miriam and the other girl is Zoë. I walked out of her room and decided to go in another room.

This room was similar to Yasmin's but different colored walls. I sat on the bed and found it really comfortable, I look around the room as I see band posters and other things. I continued looking until Zoë walks in with a towel wrapped around her body. I hope she doesn't see me. She digs in her closet and takes out some clothing. She starts taking off her towel and I look away until she throws it towards the bed but lands on my head in the process, how the fuck Is it on my head?! Shouldn't it go through me? I take off the towel from my head as I saw her put on her clothing. I turn red and go through her door and sigh. Thankfully she didn't notice anything.

I continue looking around the house and find another bedroom, I go inside and notice that it looks like a guy room. I look on top of the drawers and find a picture of Yasmin and Johnny hugging and another photo of her on Johnny's back. I sighed as I remembered that Yasmin has a boyfriend, ugh. Those words are like venom to my own mouth. I look into his drawer and find a single picture of Yasmin so I take it and put it in my pocket. I hear footsteps come up so I close the drawer and run to a corner. The door flies open revealing Johnny. He walks in and locks the door behind him, he takes out his phone and dials a number as I listened to his conversation. Are they back already?

Johnny: "Hey what up man!"

person: "Hey bro! Did you do it?"

Johnny: "No, the girl loves me so damn much *laughs* but don't worry, once I do it, she's all yours."

person:"Alright man, well make it quick! I can't wait!"

Johnny:"I know, I'm gonna do it tonight."

person: "Cool, call me once it's done."

Johnny: "Alright man, talk to you later."

person: "Later bro!"

He hung up the phone and went to his closet to put a different shirt on. What the fuck Is he gonna do?! Whatever it is, it doesn't sound good. Anger rushes through my veins as I hear a knock on the door, Johnny unlocks the door revealing Yasmin. Her pink rosy cheeks with a smile so bright. He kisses her lips and she smiles until she noticed I was in the room. Her smile had faded away and a look of worry consumed her.

Johnny: "You ready for tonight?"

Yasmin: "yes, are you?"

Johnny: "I've been ready."

Yasmin: "Good because I'm starving."

Johnny: "I'll go get the keys."

she nods as he walks out, Yasmin closes the door and walks over to me. I thought they just came back from their date. I guess there's more than one.

Yasmin:"What are you doing here?"

she says yelling in a whispering voice, It was so cute.

Gerard:"Spying on your fake boyfriend."

Yasmin:"What?! What are you talking about? Where are you getting fake from?!"

Gerard:"He made a phone call right now about how once he's gonna do something tonight then someone else is gonna have you."

Yasmin:"What?! Why would he do that?!"

Gerard:"He literally said that in front of me. He's a player Yasmin. You deserve better."

she sighs until Johnny enters the room again.

Johnny:"hey, who are you talking too?"

Yasmin:"No one...no one at all, I'll be there in a sec."

she says, he nods and walks out as she turns to look at me again.

Gerard:"you're gonna get hurt Yasmin. I know it."

I said and walked out of the room.

Yasmin's P.O.V

After a few minutes that Gerard had left, I stood there thinking, Is it true? Is Johnny...using me? I continue with my thoughts until I hear Johnny's car beep. I turn around and go downstairs to enter his car. He drives off and I see Gerard starring through the window with a sad look. When we arrived, it was at a fancy restaurant/ hotel.

Johnny: "So first, we eat. Follow me."

he says as he takes my hand. The waiter attends us and gives us menus then walks away leaving us alone.
