Chapter 8: Got Caught!

Yasmin's P.O.V

We hear the doorbell ring as we heard male voices and footsteps enter the house. I press my ear against the door as I tried to listen to the conversation.

Ray:"Hey what up man!!"

Frank:"We haven't seen each other in forever!"

Billie:"I know man! it's been so long!"

Gerard:"Billie's here? what's he doing here?"

Bob:"so what brings you here?"

Billie:"I came to ask you guys for advice."

I pulled away from the door to try not to be a stalker.

Yasmin:"what do you think the advice is?"

I ask but I heard no response, I turn around and find Gerard gone. I sigh and flush the toilet so that I pretended to use the bathroom, I walk out of the bathroom and see everyone paying attention to Billie as he spoke. He continued talking until he saw me walk in the room.

Billie:"Hey, you're that girl that was next to Sarah."

Yasmin:"Yea, I am."

Billie:"What's she like?Like...what is she interested in?"

Yasmin:"well I barely met her today...But if you ask Hailey, she'll probably know."

Hailey:"I actually have a list of things she likes on my phone."

...

Billie:"Why?"

Hailey:"That way I know what to get her for her birthday."

we nod as she hands him the phone.

Gerard:"I thought you were gonna tell them."

Yasmin:"Now I'm not sure."

Frank:"What was that?"

Yasmin:"oh nothing."

I said as I feel my phone vibrate. I grab it from my back pocket and see a text from Zoë.

Zoë: Hey, we're at the house, Sarah is here as well, Evita texted me that she's bringing a friend as well. She'll be here in 10 minutes or less. Can you come home soon or like right now lol tell Hailey too! See ya! xoxo

I put my phone back in my pocket as I walked over to Hailey.

Yasmin:"Alright guys well, nice meeting you but me and Hailey have to head back."

Hailey:"What? Why?"

Yasmin:"Zoë wants us there, I'll explain it on the way."

I said, she nods as she stands up and gives Frank a pretty long goodbye kiss. We said bye to the guys and started making our way back home.

We finally arrive home and see that everyone is in a rush cleaning the entire house. Few minutes later, the house looked spotless as we heard the doorbell ring. Zoë rushes to the door and opens it revealing two girls and two boys.

zoë:"Hey Evita!"

Evita:"Hey Zoë! Gosh it's been so long! You know Jai of course, this is my friend Emelia, Em for short and her boyfriend Alex Gaskarth."

A.N:that is not "Emelia" from my story "the paranormal life", it's a different one.

Em:"Hi, it's nice to meet you!"

Zoë:"Yea! Same here! These are my friends, Sarah and Hailey and of course, you already know Miriam and Yasmin."

Gerard:"you forgot someone!"

he says as he waves his hand in front of her causing her to sneeze.

zoë:"Sorry, allergies."

Gerard:"sure it was."

Evita:"nice house!"

Em:"yea! I'm really liking it!"

Zoë:"Thanks, we barely moved in so there's still a bit of unpacking left to do."

Gerard:"oh please, I've seen worse houses and this one, isn't one of them."

this is gonna be a long night.

It was now dinner time, we were all gathered around in the table while we ate steak and smashed potatoes with gravy and a side of vegetables.

Em:"So how do you guys like it here?"

Miriam:"it's really nice."

Zoë:"yea it's really nice! We had Yasmin's ex-boyfriend live here and thank god nothing got exposed! I mean just imagine! Ew!"

Gerard:"yea, that's what you think."

he says while I was drinking from my coke making me cough a little from his comment.

Gerard:"Yea, believe it or not sugar, I went to explore the house and visited her room. That's when Zoë over here, takes off her towel in front of me."

Yasmin:"Oh my god."

I said as I tried to not panic from his little 'story'.

Evita:"You okay?"

Miriam:"Did you say something?"

Yasmin:"Y-yea I'm fine and no I didn't say anything."

I said as Gerard started laughing.

Em:"Hey Yasmin right?"

Yasmin:"yea."

Em:"Can I talk to you outside for a minute."

Yasmin:"Sure."

I said as we both stood up from our seats and headed outside to the backyard as Gerard followed as well.

Yasmin:"What did you wanna talk about?"

Em:"I know you can see him."

Gerard:"Got caught."
