༄Ashers POV༄
I looked into her bright eyes, her eyes. I felt like I had no control, I leaned in, and she did the same. My lips softly collided with hers. Her arms wrapped around her neck and- Asher stop daydreaming. This is really getting out of hand, do I seriously have feelings for her? I do. It's clear. I just need to continue to drop hints. Because I can't scare her.
"Room service" we heard from the door. Annie got up and quickly scurried to the door like a little cute bunny, "Annie, your not paying for anything" I yell running towards her.
Annie reaches for her wallet so I pick her up and carry her the bed. "Now stay" I said going back to the door. I hand him a twenty and take the food back to the bed. I hugged her falling onto the bed.
She kissed my cheek making the hairs on my back stand up. "Why are you so warm" I asked feeling her head. "I don't know" she said concerned. "Asher I really don't wanna throw up" she said getting really panicked.
"Annie, it's ok, let me just check your temperature" I said grabbing the thermometer out of my bag. "Why do you have a thermometer?" Annie asked sitting criss cross on the bed. "Sometimes when I have a panic attack, I spike a fever" I said honestly. "Oh" she said sadly. "No, don't feel bad, it was a good question." I said.
"Okay, here" I said putting the thermometer under her tongue. It beeped and I looked at it. Sure enough she had a fever. "You have a low grade fever, but it's probably just a small cold from being outside for to long" I said reassuring her
"I'm cold," she says chattering. "It's because you have a fever" I said hugging her. "Can I have a blanket?" She says leaning her head into me. "No because we need your fever to go down and adding more heat will make it worse" I said.
"Lay down, I'll put a cold cloth on your head." I said nicely. "Okay" she responded. She did as I said and laid down. I took a cloth from the bathroom, and I wet it with cold water.
I walked back into the room and walked over to Annie. I placed the cold cloth on her head and sat beside her with the food. "Do you feel sick at all?" I asked hoping the answer is no. "I just have the chills" she said shivering slightly.
Annie rolled over so she was facing me. "I love your eyes, there so beautiful" she said making me blush. "Did I just make the Asher Angel blush" she said mocking me.
We heard a knock on our door and I quickly got up to answer it. I saw Emily standing there looking ashamed. "Oh hey Em, is everything alright." She looked down. "Jack told me that you seemed pretty upset after he was eyeing Annie, he couldn't come and apologize so he made me do it." Emily said.
"Can I see Annie?" Emily said with a change of tone. "Yeah, of course go ahead" I said. Emily would be good for Annie. "Annie are you sick?" Emily said walking over to her.
"Yeah but Ashers literally a doctor so I'm all good" Annie says looking at me, "okay well I'm gonna go because I'm really tired and I want to take a nap" Emily said making Annie giggle, god I love that giggle.
"Bye Em!" I yell as she walks through the door. "Bye" she yelled back sweetly. I sit on my side of the bed. "I don't have the chills anymore, I think my fever's gone" she said excitedly.
"Okay, let me check" I said grabbing the thermometer off of the nightstand. I clicked the button and gave it to her. It beeped. "You don't have a fever!" I say jumping around. "Yay" she says excitedly. "Okay I'm going to eat now because I'm starving." Annie said happily.
Annie sat on the bed peacefully eating the fries, she was so beautiful, but she would never like me that way. I bullied her. I'm trying to earn her trust, I just hope it doesn't take longer than two weeks.
"I'm gonna go have a shower" Annie said skipping to her suitcase. She got her pjs and waltz to the bathroom. Since she took all those photos on my phone, I'm doing it to her.
I snapped over four hundred photos and set her phone back on the nightstand.
I heard the shower turn off, and just a few minutes later, Annie walked out of the bathroom and looked at me suspiciously.
