Surprisingly this will be irl XD and also ik that its passed Christmas but I still want to write this

"Geeze, your hands are fucking freezing"

"Fuck you"

Martin simply laughs at his boyfriend's response while tightening his grip which made Simon's cheeks turn more red and it wasn't from the cold.

Currently the Bulgarian couple are on a two-year vacation in the U.S. and was in one of the many places that Martin wanted to show Simon, especially at this time of year in which it would have a bunch of Christmas lights, making the park beautiful at night. There was also a small reason of why Martin wanted to go there and that 'reason' is hidden in his pocket, waiting for the right moment.

"I don't know how you're so warm" Simon groan out as he scoot close to the taller male while tightening the scarf around his neck, making sure that his sensitive neck was safe from the cold breeze. "I'm just naturally warm" Martin stated with a giggle before leading him to one of the booth, "I'll buy you some hot chocolate to warm your hands" he said to his lover.

Once Martin bought hot chocolate for his little dolphin, he soon led him towards the middle of the park that have a large Christmas tree with colorful lights and ornaments decorating the tree. As Simon was enjoying the warm drink, Martin was staring at him with love in his eyes, loving the way the lights illuminates Simon's soft skin, making the soft redness on his cheeks and the tip of his nose pop out more which gave him more of an adorable look.

He slightly bit his bottom lip nervously while moving his hand down to his jacket pocket, lightly tracing the small box, trying to decide whether or not it was a good time to ask.

'Damn it, what if I mess up? What if he doesn't like it? What if he says n-'

Martin quickly snapped out of his thoughts when he felt something cold pressed against his neck, making hum squeal in surprise. "Cold!" He cried out, instinctively flinching away which made Simon laugh a bit. "Haha, I called you like three times, but you didn't answer" he said with a small grin which caused Martin to quickly smile with a light laugh. "Sorry"

Seeing his happy smile made Martin's heart skip a beat before gently grabbing Simon's hands, making him a bit confused.

"You know that I love you right?" Martin asked in which Simon nodded and was about to say something when Martin quickly interrupted him. "And despite all the thing we went through, with the good and the bad, I will always love you a-and nothing will change that, s-so..." he trailed off before slowly moving down to his knee, barely hearing Simon let out a gasp and reached in his pocket to pull out a small velvet box. Silently swallowing down his fear and nervousness, Martin looked up at Simon before opening the small box, "Will you marry me?" He softly asked, glad that his voice didn't shake from nervousness.

There was a shocked silence between the two for a minute which caused the feeling of dread to appear but before he could think farther, he was suddenly pushed back with a small 'oof' onto his ass before realizing that Simon was sitting on his lap with his arms wrapped around his neck, tightly hugging him.

"Si-"

"Fucking yes!"

Once hearing that, the older soon started to grin and quickly hugging back as his whole body was filled with happiness which he could barely hear the other people, that had witnessed the scene, clapping for then since he was only focused on the man in his arms.
