Chapter 5: Too Close For Comfort

⚠️(Here's a little warning: This chapter is much longer than the previous 4, and involves sexual assault between characters. Don't say I didn't warn you!)⚠️

She woke up in a large, seemingly empty room. No, not a room, a cabin. She arose to find herself in new clothes, in a new place. "Ugh... Wh-what happened...?" She asked, not expecting an answer. "Your physical form broke. You were out for a few days," someone said. Jade looked to a corner of the cabin to see her teammate. "C-Coral? Where are we?"
"We're on the ship heading to Earth. Yellow Diamond said that something like having your form break wouldn't be much of a set back for you, & that we would need to continue as normal. Luckily, you're such a strong fighter, you didn't need any more training." Jade nodded. "Is Topaz up in the cockpit now?"
"Yeah. I'm really glad you reformed, Jade. It would've been a super weird mission without our leader." Jade got up from the bed she had reformed in and looked out a window. Wow. This is what the Milky Way looks like? Jade thought. "So, what should we do while Topaz is piloting the ship?" She said as she continued looking out the window. "I dunno. I guess we could just hang out until we land."
"Okay. I'm gonna go check on him. I'll meet you back here."

Jade knocked on the door of the cockpit and waited for an answer. "Come in!" Topaz called. The door slid open & Jade walked in. Topaz was sitting at a holographic control panel with his hands on the screen. "Hello, Jade. I see you're feeling better," he said, not looking at his friend. "Yeah. So, uh... how long 'til we get to Earth?"
"About an hour. We've only been flying for around an Earth day. Give or take a few milliseconds." Topaz snickered. "Heh heh, yeah..." Jade didn't really understand why Topaz found that so funny, but she laughed along with him. "So, you're okay with me being the leader of this mission?" Jade asked nervously. "Of course. Why wouldn't I be?" Topaz replied as he turned around. "Well, you seemed upset when Yellow Diamond told you."
"I was a little upset, but I got over it. You are the oldest. And you're a lot more responsible than me & Coral," Topaz said, not taking his eyes off Jade. "S-so, I'm gonna go back to Coral-" Jade was cut off by the sound of a door slamming shut. Topaz looked at his friend eagerly. "Why are you leaving so soon?~" He asked as he stood up and engaged the autopilot. "C-Coral & I were gonna hang out. I- Wh-what are you doing?" Jade noticed Topaz's eyes looking her up & down as he strode towards her. "Don't worry, Jade. I just wanna have a little fun." Topaz grabbed Jade by the wrists and pinned her against a wall. "T-Topaz! I mean it! What are you doing?!" Topaz smirked & crashed his lips into Jade's. Jade was in shock & tried to break free from the kiss, but Topaz's grip was too strong. Topaz forced his tongue inside of Jade's mouth with a moan. What the hell is he doing?! Jade thought as her attacker's tongue explored her mouth. Topaz broke away from the kiss & Jade began panting. "T-Topaz... Why the hell did you do that?!" She asked while catching her breath."I told you- I'm having some fun. We're gonna land on Earth soon. Might as well enjoy ourselves together before then."
"That wasn't fun!! You wouldn't make out with an Agate or something, would you?!" Topaz looked at his teammate in shock. "N-no, I wouldn't," he said. "Then why would you do it to me?! You had no right to do that!!" Topaz looked at the ground. "Jade, I'm sorry. I-I've never loved anyone before. It felt amazing to finally feel like someone cared. I thought you'd understand, but I guess you're too 'serious and mature' to care about me or anyone else's feelings." He sat down in his chair and turned off the autopilot. "You can go now... 'Leader'..." he growled before Jade opened & walked out the door.

    "Hi, Jade! So, how's Topaz doing?" Coral asked as Jade walked back to the cabin. "T-Topaz is fine, Coral. He's just a little... stressed about the mission." Jade walked past her friend. "Okay, you were in there for a reeeeally long time, though."
"Yeah. We were, uh, t-talking." Coral looked at her friend skeptically after seeing that she seemed to be upset and distraught. She walked in front of Jade. "Jade. Be honest with me. What happened in there?" Jade pushed Coral out of the way. "I told you-Nothing happened! We were just talking!" Coral cornered Jade. "T-Topaz!" Jade covered her mouth. "I-I mean Coral. Not Topaz," she said. "Jade, when I did that, you called me 'Topaz'. Did he do something to you?"
"Fine. Y-yes, Topaz k-kissed me, without my consent..." Coral's eyes widened. "He what!? We need to tell Yellow Diamond about this!" She ran to a control panel by the cells. "Wait, why?"
"Because you're our leader! And that's wrong!!" Jade sighed. "Y-you're right. Let's go tell her," she said as she followed Coral.
