Sobrang bilis ko lang inayos ang mga gamit ko at nang matapos ay madaling madali sa pagbaba.

Gusto kong maglupasay sa kilig. Gusto kong mag hyperventilate sa sobrang excitement. Heck, I really want to scream in joy! At sa sobrang excited akong bumaba ay hindi ko na hinintay ang elevator. Talagang naghagdan ako from 28th floor. Pero syempre napagod din naman ako kaya nag elevator ako pagbaba ko ng 20th floor. Ayoko namang nanlilimahid ako sa pawis pagharap sa kanya, ano!

Pagkalabas ko ng building ay nag iisang kotse lang ang nakahinto doon. Isang itim na Lexus.

Bumaba ang bintana ng driver's seat at nakangiting bumaba si Wesley. His hooded eyes regarded me with kindness.

"Let's go." Sabi nya at saka ako pinagbuksan ng pinto ng kotse nya.

Ang gentleman naman ng bebe ko. I thought trying to hide a smile.

Humanga agad ako sa amoy ng kotse nya. It smells like a blueberry na ewan. Pero halatang pangmayaman. Malinis ang buong kotse at biglang bumigat ang paa ko kasi inaalala ko na baka napakakapal ng alikabok na maiwan ko sa kotse nya dahil hindi ko naipagpag ang wedge ko bago sumakay.

He went inside the car again and started the engine. The first minutes were awkward. Lito pa ako kung dapat ba akong magpaka-bibo o magpa-demure muna. Hindi ko pa kasi alam kung ano ba ang tipo ni Wesley sa babae. Kailangan ko sigurong itanong kung ano ang pangalan ng girlfriend nitong si Sir para ma-stalk ko. Syempre malay mo magbreak sila, ako naman ang papasok kapag nangyari yon.

"Is this your first job, Alison?" Wesley spoke and I blushed upon hearing the sound of my name on his lips.

"Yes, Sir. But I'm no longer a fresh grad. Almost a year din po akong naghintay for this job."

"Really? How old are you now?"

"22 po." I smiled and he nodded.

"I was your age when my dad started the turn over of FGC to me."

"Wow! You must really be a genius, Sir to handle it really well for 5 years now." Hangang hangang sagot ko at napakunot saglit ang noo nya.

"How did you know I was handling it for 5 years now? Do you know my age?" He asked and I suddenly wanted to be eaten by the soil.

Paano ko lulusutan ito? Bakit nga ba kasi ako nadulas. Mamaya nyan sabihin nyang ang creepy ko kasi alam ko lahat sa kanya.

"Uhm, ano kasi Sir...I... uhm, inaral ko po nang mabuti yung background ng FGC in preparation for the interview."

"Oh, okay. That's nice of you." He seemed conviced naman. "I was sure you have applied to different companies and was given offers. But would you mind if I ask you why did you choose the FGC?"

Napayuko at patagong ngumiti. I would want to tell him the real reason but that is awkward and wrong. Awkward because he's my boss and he might find me creepy. Wrong because he has a girlfriend at kahit gaano ko naman kagusto si Wesley, alam kong hindi nya ako deserve. Kumbaga langit sya at lupa ako. Ang gusto ko lang naman talaga ay mapalapit sa kanya. I sighed before I turned to face him.

"To be honest, Sir? Hindi po ako nag apply sa ibang company except FGC."

"Really?" He turned to face me briefly. His handsome face reflecting both wondering and amazement.

"Yes. This is my dream job po and now that I am here, I'll do everything to be of help in the management. That is always my goal, Sir."

"Thank you, Alison. I hope all FGC employees think the same."

I smiled and briefly nodded. Nagulat ako nang mag-ring ang phone nya. The caller ID says it is Alliah and a selfie of a very beautiful girl appeared on his screen. Agad na sinagot nya ito, not minding that the call was in a loud speaker.
