Okay, I'm bending the rules of life here. In this fan-fic, in the college you just: Chill in the nerd lab, eat lunch, chill in the nerd lab more, done! But, every few hours teachers come in and make sure you're being productive. (I WISH I COULD GO TO A COLLEGE LIKE THAT) Every last day of the week, you have a test. Also, keep in mind that this fan-fic takes place a few months after the movie (you know... uhm, I can't explain.) That's it, let's begin!
*Snooore...* You snored. "(Y/N)! WAKE UP~" Your dad yelled from the kitchen. "5 more minutes..." You mumbled. Staying up 'till 12 wasn't normal for you. Unlike other kids your age, you tend to get more sleep because you KNOW you need it. Only once have you never gotten enough sleep; it tends to get crazy. "(Y/N), WAKE UP RIGHT NOW!" Your dad bellowed. "WHO, WHAT, I DIDN'T TAKE YOUR CHEESE!" You yelled. "That dream again..." (inside joke sorry) "Coming, dad!" You said, before you groaned and clutched your back. "AUUUGH, SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR SUCKS..." You had a pained face; it really did hurt. "I know what can make it better~" Your dad said, scraping a pancake onto a plate. "Ugh." You replied, looking at the newly-decorated house that surrounded you. "Nice job, dad. You did great..." You smiled, even though your back seriously did hurt. "Pancakes!" He said. You sat at the table, and he danced over to you, presenting the plate. 'I swear, dad... You're not normal.' You smiled at your thought. Your dad was awesome. The pancake in front of you had a heart made out of whipped-cream on it. You chuckled. "Just how I like it... So, dad." You said, taking a bite of your pancake. "Yes?" He said, sitting down, also taking a bite of his pancake. "Why did you wake me up so early?" Bags were slightly visible under your eyes, but you didn't care. All that mattered was getting food in your stomach. "Today is your first day of college!" He smiled. "OH THAT'S RIGHT! AIYE!" You quickly stuffed the rest of your pancake in your mouth and almost broke a perfectly good fork; you briskly chucked the fork at the sink. "Be careful, (Y/N)! I already got ready for you!" Your dad lifted up a perfectly packed back-pack. "Oh, wow, dad, thanks." A relieved look on you was visible. "No problem! I only have one request; change your clothes, and put on de-oderant. Today is your big day!" You mentally face-palmed. "Dad, that's two."
...
"Oh! Okay!" He said, grinning goofily, and eating more of his pancakes.
---This time skip was brought to you by my foot~! My foot: Hi there, Reader-Tan!---
Finally, it was time to go. You wore a (F/C) (favorite color) shirt with (2nd favorite color) stripes on it, followed with a white blouse to go over it. You wore normal blue-jeans, and (favorite brand) shoes. "Come on, (Y/C)! Get in the car!" Your dad said. You briskly hopped over to him, back-pack thumping on your back. You jumped into the front seat and slammed the car door. "Let's go!" You said. Like you quoted earlier, your dad isn't normal. You will learn this now. "A thousand miles" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cwkej79U3ek ) by Vanessa Carlton started playing. "OMG, (Y/N), THIS IS MY JAM!" Your dad said. "TURN IT UP!" YEES!" The familiar starting piano tune blared in the car. You both sang along. "MAKIN' MY WAY DOWNTOWN, WALKIN' FAST, FACE IS PAST (I'm so sorry if I got the lyrics wrong) AND I'M HOME-BOUND!" You and your dad were BFFs. Whenever you had a problem, you'd go to him. It was never awkward. As soon as the song finished, you reached SFIT. Your dad turned down the music. "I love you, sweetie!" He said, kissing the top of your forehead. "Good luck!" "Love you dad." You said, running into the large doors ahead of you.
---Inside the school!---
'Holy crap, this place is huge...' You thought. The halls were so barren. "EXCUSE ME!" A blonde girl with nerdy-looking glasses bumped into you. "AIYEEEE!" You yelled, and fell. "OMG, I'm so sorry!" She fretted. "Hey..." She inspected you closely. Almost TOO closely. You backed up slowly. "Uhm, hi there?" You said, rubbing your elbow. When you fell, that fall was mostly on your elbow. "You're the new kid I've heard about so much! Right?" She grinned from ear-to-ear. "Uh, I guess." You said with a nervous grin. "OH, YAY! I LOVE NEW STUDENTS! YOU'RE NY BEST FRIEND NOW!" She tightly hugged you. You weren't comfortable with hugging; other than your dad, you really never had any friends. "Okay, what's your name?" She asked. "(Y/N)... (Y/N) (L/N)." "Nice! Mine's Honey Lemon." You sighed. "OH, OH, OH!!!! I HAVE TO SHOW YOU TO MY FRIENDS!" She yelled. "..yay." You squeaked. Honey Lemon squeezed your wrist. "3..2..1.. GO!!!" She ran, still holding your wrist. "AIYEEEEEE!" You screamed. 'HOW DOES THIS GIRL HAVE SO MUCH ENERGY?!' You thought, as she took sharp turns, and you (almost) keeping up with her. Immediately, you both stopped at a set of doors. "Here we are." She said, as if she didn't run a single bit. However, you were trying to catch your breath. She let go of your wrist; it was slightly purple. You gasped slightly. "You okay back there?" She said, opening the door. "Uh, I guess...?" Once again, you nervously smiled. "Woah..." You both walked into a huge room, people were tinkering with objects of all kinds and all colors. Both of you walked to the back of the room. "Everyone, come here!" Four other people gathered to the table. "This is (Y/N), the NEW STUDENT!" Honey failed to contain her excitement. "Hi there." You meekly smiled. "Okay, that guy is Wasabi!" She pointed to a dark-skinned guy with a green sweater. "Hey." He said. "Nice to meet you." You said, grinning. He seems decent. "And, AND, she's GoGo!" Then, Honey pointed to a black-haired girl with a deep purple streak going across her bangs; she popped the bubble she was chewing and offered her hand. "Hi." She said. You gingerly shook her hand; you were slightly frightened, but slightely admired her style. "He's Fred." She poked a guy with a light blue-green beanie and gingerish hair. He was currently reading a comic book. "Oh, hey!" He smiled, putting down the comic. He wildly shook your hand. "And, Hiro!" She gestured torward a boy with light brown eyes and really fuzzy, fluffy looking black hair that (you secretly REALLY wanted to touch) looked your age. He just stared. Honey sighed. "AND, HIRO!" she thumped him in the back of his head. "OH, HI!" He nervously chuckled, and blushed slightly. You sighed; he was cute. But, this is a college. Even though he's short compared to these other people, he's probably a few years older than you. "Hmmm..." Honey said. "(Y/N), do you mind if I ask your age?" Honey asked, with puppy dog eyes. "Nah, it's fine. I'm 14." Hiro's eyes widened. "I'm 14 too!" 'Another genius?!' You thought. "...Respect, man." You said to Hiro. "Respect." He repeated back. Honey darkly smiled. "Both of you are 14..." Honey nudged GoGo. "GoGo, they're both 14." She cooed. Just like that, GoGo evilly smiled with Honey. "Do we play 'that game' again?" GoGo asked. "Heck yes..." Honey said. Both you and Hiro had bewildered faces. What were they talking about? Both Honey and GoGo whispered in unison. "Matchmaker."
Be glad, this is a lot for my standards! Hey, you finally met him! Woo-hoo! My fingers hurt from typing so much! I'm sorry if I made your dad act like a kid; I'm just trying to make him more cool. Trust me. I'm (also) sorry that this was very long. Another thing is that I think I made the characters a bit OOC, but oh well. Ciao - Critique-A-La-Mode
