Pearl is always nervous around Amethyst. Amethyst is the coolest girl in school. Pearl is only a quest nerd. Even so Amethyst is still her friend. Every time Pearl is around Amethyst, her pulse would speed up. To Pearl, her pulse felt like a sledgehammer.

I feel the fever and I won't lie

Whenever Pearl is with Amethyst, she acts cool. Sometimes, she'll turn red when Amethyst does something cute. Amethyst will ask Pearl if she is ok and Pearl tells her everything is fine.

Pearl is struggling with keeping her feelings to herself. She feels as if her love for Amethyst is flowing through her veins, and circling throughout her body.

Pearl's heartbeat always speeds up when she is around Amethyst. Her heart feels like it could beat out of her chest.

Pearl loves Amethyst being close to her. She yearned for her touch when they were far apart. It felt like everything Amethyst did was a turn on. Pearl was just waiting for Amethyst's spark to light her fire.

It felt as though drums were beating in her chest every time Pearl was around Amethyst, trying to tell her about her love.

Pearl never thought her heart could beat that fast. Today was the day she was going to tell Amethyst that she had a crush on her. She walked up to her just as her friends had walked away.

The truth is out

There was no going back now. Pearl had just told Amethyst she loved her. Amethyst was standing there emotionless so Pearl began to walk away.

Amethyst grabbed Pearl's arm to stop her from walking away and turned her around. Before Pearl could say anything, Amethyst kissed her and told her she loved her too.

Pearl asked Amethyst when she started to like her. Amethyst told Pearl that she had liked her ever since they first met. Amethyst told her about how her heart always beats out of control when Pearl was around.

Pearl told Amethyst that heart couldn't have beat nearly as fast as her own.

Pearl told Amethyst that it was like she had taken over her life. Everything was about Amethyst in Pearl's eyes.

The two were already inseparable, but after that day they became attached at the hip. Their love grew from that day onward. Soon after graduating college they got married. When they came back from their honeymoon, they adopted two girls and one boy overtime: Garnet, Connie, and Steven.
