Unexpected Visitors

Leila opened the door and to her surprise saw Jacob Black and Seth Clearwater. From her dreams. She suddenly felt faint as she suddenly realised every dream she'd ever had about these "characters" was real. And they weren't just "characters". They were real. They were standing right outside her door. "Oh my gosh!" She blurted out unexpectedly. She was usually pretty calm in most situations. Well looked calm on the outside. Inside her head was chaos. 

Jacob chuckled at Leila's reaction, he was so large and tall, usually Leila would freak out at the sight of two guys like this at her door. But she just felt safe. Like she'd known them her whole like. Seth stood slightly behind Jacob. He seemed nervous. That was unlike him in the dreams she had. He was brave, incredibly kind and was willing to do anything to help people. But she didn't judge him. He'd open up. "So you must be Leila?" Jacob spoke. His voice was slightly raspy as it was still early in the morning. Leila nodded quickly. "And you guys are real." She spoke aloud to herself still in disbelief. "Yup." Jacob laughed again then spoke saying,

"We have a surprise for you. If you trust us. We're going to show you something amazing. I already talked to your parents. They said they'd be delighted for you to come. And I swear on my life I will keep you safe."

"You can count on me too." Seth said gently, his voice was smooth and sweet. Just like her dreams. He stepped out from standing behind Jacob. His deep brown eyes remained staring at the ground, his eyebrows were slightly furrowed. Like he was disappointed in himself. But Leila knew he meant what he said. They both did. She smiled and nodded.

"Where exactly would we be going?" She asked. Curious, anxious, and excited at the thought of being able to go on a trip with these two "characters" who she didn't even know were real until now. Her stomach churned slightly as she waited the answer.

"Well.. it's a secret. Seth and I want it to be a surprise for you. Your reaction will be better." Jacob replied and smiled at her. His eyes were dark and mysterious but full of trust. Seth smiled at the ground. He was still obviously nervous. 

"I guess I should go pack then."

"We can help if you like." Jacob offered. Leila nodded and unlocked the door. She had no doubts about trusting them. She could feel in her heart that they wouldn't hurt her. They both walked inside. As Seth walked past her her heart fluttered in her chest. He was so sweet. She lead them to her bedroom where she grabbed a bag to start packing.

Seth took the bag from her hands and smiled at her. He laughed gently. The most perfect laugh. This time making eye contact, with those deep, emotional, eyes for a split second before looking away again. "Um.. you'll need something bigger than that."
