First Date

Seth's P.O.V

A few days passed. Leila was still staying with the Cullen's and the cause of her phasing was not discovered. She hadn't phased a second time yet and Carlisle was getting concerned. Leila had also told them that she had no relatives who were wolves. So her phasing was completely out of the ordinary.

Seth was worried but hid his worry so Leila wouldn't get upset. He walked to the Cullen's house then walked to the door and knocked. He'd planned a group date to the movies with Edward, Bella, Jacob and Renesmee. Leila came to the door and he smiled. She was beautiful and his eyes lit up as soon as he saw her. "Hey. You look incredible Leila." She blushed. She was wearing a light blue cropped shirt with a black denim jacket over the top. Some black jeans and a pair of white shoes. The light colours contrasted beautifully with her skin. And her shirt made her eyes pop. Her hair was tied in her go to ponytail but she was stunning no matter what she wore. She opened the door and hugged Seth.

He was wearing a grey hoodie and some dark washed jeans with black shoes. He hugged her warmly. He was still in disbelieve that she was his. He was hugging her for a little too long. "Seth." Leila laughed. "You can let go now." He chuckled and let go.

"Sorry. Well.. we should get Bella and Edward and get going." He put his hands in his pockets and smiled at the ground.

Edward walked to the door with Bella and they all went out to Edward's car. Edward and Bella got in the front seats and Seth opened the door for Leila to get in the back. She hopped in then Seth walked around and got in the other side.

Edward started driving to the cinema and Leila held Seth's hand. Seth was so glad she was enjoying her time here. She was happy so he had to be happy for her too. He'd to do anything to keep her that way.

They arrived at the cinema and Jacob was outside with Renesmee. Edward parked and they all walked over. They said hello to each other then walked in. Seth bought a ticket for Leila. They were just watching a random romance movie that was on. The purpose of the date was more just to get closer to each other and have fun.

Seth went to get snacks with the others and Leila stayed behind to look at the movie posters.

Leila's P.O.V

Leila admired the posters. She loved looking at how unique they all were. And how well they reflected the movies themselves. She smiled then someone tapped her on the shoulder. She turned and saw it was Kai. Her heart started racing. "Please leave me alone." 

"What? I'm not allowed to apologise for being a jerk?" He drove his hand through his hair which was curly and down to his shoulders. He smelt really nice. Leila turned her head away from him and moved away to look at another poster. 

Kai walked with her and put a hand on her shoulder. He turned her to face him. "I'm sorry okay. That was stupid. I guess I'm just too strict with the rules. I didn't stop to listen to the whole story. And I get it now. Weird girl has dreams about these people who she knows aren't real. But then they are so she gets dragged along and a jerk, being me, attacks her and her friends and ruins everything. Sound about right?" He smirks. But it's a cheeky smirk not a mean one. Leila tried not to laugh but she did anyway.

"Yeah. That's me. The weird girl with dreams. And that's you. The jerk." She moved along but he followed her. 

"What brings you here?" He asked standing a little too close to her. He was even taller than Seth so she started to feel uncomfortable about him standing there towering over her. She put a hand on his chest and pushed him away. He went along with it even though he was much stronger and could've just stood there.

"I'm watching a movie with Seth and some of the others. Now please leave me alone."

A sad look crossed Kai's face. "You guys didn't think to invite me?"

"It's a date." Leila put added emphasis on the word date. She made the mistake of looking at him. He was about 6 inches away from her. She looked up at him and his eyes were gorgeous. They were a bright green and contrasted brilliantly against his skin. Her stomach filled with butterflies. His jawline was sharp and his nose was the perfect size. His lips weren't too big but they weren't too small. His hair framed his face amazingly. He smiled and his teeth were pure white. Leila looked away. What's happening to me? I love Seth. This guy nearly killed me, my boyfriend and my friend. "Please leave me alone now Kai."

He sighed. "Alright. Only if I can have your number." He smiled again and she turned to him. Looking at his chest because it was at her eye level and she did not want to look at his eyes again. But she soon realised this was just as bad. His shirt was well fitted and his muscles were clearly defined through it. Her jaw dropped and he chucked. Her face turned bright red and she looked away then put her hand out for his phone. Kai passed it to her unlocked and she quickly typed in her number.

"Now leave. Or I'll get Seth, Jacob and Edward over here to make you."

Kai laughed again. "Alright. But I actually can't leave because I work here." He pointed to his badge.

"Just get away from me please." She turned away from him. She thought he'd left so she turned around again but he had his knees bent so his face was level with hers. He was 4 inches from her face and his breath was sweet on her face. It smelt like candy. He leaned in closer and Leila reached her hands out to stop him but he just grabbed them and kissed her nose then walked off. Her face burned and turned red. Leila watched him grab a broom and walk into an empty cinema to clean. Her heart fluttered and as she watched. He was so tall. His legs were long and so were his arms but he looked so unique, graceful and.. beautiful. I think I just imprinted. 

"Leila?" Seth walked over with their snacks and she turned to look at him. She brushed a stray hair that got lose from her ponytail behind her ear and swallowed.
