Little Lady|| Sodapop Fanfic

I was doing homework at home when I saw sandy pass my house, that's weird... She's not heading towards the DX or sodapop's house. What if she's meeting up with her teacher? I ran towards my phone and called the Curtis household. Sodapop answered.

"Hello?"

"Ponyboy?"

"No this it's soda, is that Kim?"

"Yeah, can you give ponyboy the phone"

ponyboy answered about 10 seconds later

"Kimberly?"

"Hi, ponyboy. Can you meet me at my house asap I just saw Sandy pass by and I think she's on her way to Mr.Smith's or something?"

"Kimberly... I don't know if this is a good idea, you can go but it's just going to hurt you know who." He was talking about Sodapop, he had a point but I had a better point, that Sodapop is too good for Sandy.

"Okay, suit yourself!"

I hung up, got my camera and ran outside.

Sandy was still walking, she was up the street. She was such a slow walker. But I saw her walk into someone's house and I was right, it was Mr.Smith. I sneaked by the side of the house and looked through a window, I saw Sandy and Mr.Smith on a couch, I expected to see more but all they did was hold hands. I'm not finished with them though. I took a photo and left.

Sodapop asked to hang out today, as much as I want to, im trying to unravel the truth about Sandy.

"Hey, Kim do you wanna hang out today? Maybe go to the drive-in?"

"Sorry soda, but I'm busy, I have a huge test coming up and I don't wanna fail!" I can be a good liar when I want to be.

"Aw, that sucks, Well im coming over tomorrow because Sandy doesn't wanna hang either. Do you guys both have Mr. Smith? She says she's been getting tutored by him."

That was another hint.

"Yeah, he says it's important for our grade." 

I later left for school.

As soon as I got there sandy and Mr. Smith was in the parking lot talking.

I tried to listen in on what they were talking about, I snapped a quick photo and kept walking.

I was taking a shower and singing the song I wrote a couple of days ago

🎵"I was hanging with you and then I realized, I didn't think it was true I was surprised...When I found out I'd fallen for you..."🎵

I finished showering and put on a towel, walked into my room to get clothes and change but instead I just saw sodapop sitting on my bed looking at the ceiling. "How did you get in?"

"I have keys silly" both of our faces were red considering the only thing I had on was a towel. "So, you never told me you can sing"

"Well I told you I wrote songs" I shrugged then went to pick out an outfit

"Is that a song you wrote?"

"Yeah, I wrote it recently"

"Is it about someone" 

I wanted to tell him the truth, but I just can't

"No... I just got inspired by some movie I watched the other day" I went back into the bathroom and changed then came back out "Anyways why are you here?" 

Sodapop looked at me "We're hanging out, remember?"

I wanted to go back to Mr.Smiths house to see if Sandy was there, but I don't wanna let Sodapop down again. "Oh yeah, so what do you wanna do?"

"We can go to the drive-in later, but until then do you just want to hang here or at my place?"

I look outside and see Sandy walking to Mr.Smith's house again. "Is that Sandy?"

"Yeah, where is she going?" I should've just told him then and there but instead, I said:

"I don't know, I've seen her going in that direction for the past 3 days"

"Oh, she's probably going to a friends house or something"

Or something.
