Ponyboy, Johnny, and I went to the drive-in. We were watching some random annoying movie. I honestly couldn't stand it anymore. "You guys want some popcorn?" I asked. They both said yes. I went up to buy them but u won't believe who I saw. Micheal! 

"You just can't get away from me can you?" He said with a smirk.

"I just want to buy popcorn so shut ur trap." I bought the popcorn and started to walk away. 

As soon as I sat down I realized that he followed me. "Oh hey, Micheal!" Johnny said and then they did a handshake. They used to be friends before Micheal moved away.

Ponyboy and I looked at each other, Ponyboy knew Micheal shouldn't be around me he just didn't know why.  

"Uh maybe you should go back to your friends, we wanna enjoy the movie" Ponyboy said 

"No, I think I might stay awhile, watch it with you guys" He said and gave me a smirk. 

"If your gonna continue to smirk at me at least look good. I'm going to the washroom." I got out of the seat and started walking. Micheal rolled his eyes.

Obviously I wasn't going to the washroom I was going home, I know I should be with other greasers but I don't want to drag Pony and Johnny out of the Drive-in so I just left them. I was almost home but then I saw some socs. I put my Hoodie on and continued walking.

"Oh look, Its the one and only Kimberly Winston, what are u doing out at this time baby?"

"I'm going home what else would I be doing? And don't call me baby you're gross."

I continued walking, but faster. I turned around and I saw them running, I realize it's because Dally was chasing them, just great. He grabbed my arm and started yelling at me all the way home. "Man are you stupid?" "Why didn't you leave with the boys?" "Are u dumb?" "You should've done this, you should've done that bla bla bla." 

I went home but I wasn't tired, I started writing songs but when I was finished I didn't like it so I just threw out the paper and called sodapop and we were just talking for about 30 minutes, we were actually kinda flirting not gonna lie. Then he started asking about Micheal. 

"Hey, why did you leave Ponyboy and Johnny with Micheal anyways?"

"Micheal was making me uncomfortable so I left."

"But you weren't allowed to leave without them?"

"Your point?"

"That is my point little lady. anyways it's late im going to bed, bye"

"Byeee" I hung up but I wasn't tired so I went to this pond near my house, I shouldn't be out but no one is awake to stop me. I got to the pond and just sat on the bench. I heard someone walking behind me, I turned around to see the one and only... Sodapop Curtis.

"Uhmm Soda? Why are you awake? Its 4 am"

"I can ask you the same thing haha." He sat next to me

"I can't sleep, you?" I asked

"Me too, well and I have too much on my mind"

"About what? talk to me" I said putting my head down, It turns out I was tired.

"Sandy..."

"Umm, why would you be thinking about her?"

"Well before I was sad I had no one to do anything with"

"What about me?! I always do stuff with you, we go to the beach, go on road trips, hang at the DX"

"Exactly"

"What? Is that a bad thing"

"Nooo haha, Im saying that before I was sad I had no one to talk to, to do anything with, but turns out. I have you" (im sorry this is cringe HAHAHA)

I started blushing obviously, I mean who wouldn't. But I'm pretty sure he still doesn't like me.

"Well, that's what sisters are for" I said fake smiling.

"Nevermind then"

"Huh"

"I don't want you to be my sister dummy"

"Im still confused."

"I want us to... be more than that"

"Am I hearing you right?" Im kind of speechless, I mean sodapop and I being closer than that? Like... dating? Nah he's joking.

"Is this a joke or something?"

"Kim im being serious" He said looking me in the eye.

"I don't believe you" Sodapop is never serious.

"You don't need to." He smiled and pushed his lips against mine. I hesitated at first for a few seconds but I kissed back. This must be a dream.
