Little Lady|| Sodapop Fanfic

I woke up in Soda's bed. I look at the clock and realize its 9 am, school starts at 8:30.  I rush to get ready and I go to school looking like a hot mess, the only decent thing about me is my hair.

I get a late slip then go to my class, it's already 9:30 so I missed the whole lesson. The teachers yells at me, then says I look bad today, then tells me to sit by myself because we are getting a new student and ill be sitting next to them. not that I care, I skip school most of the time and I'm probably not going to university or college. Except for this time. I do care because MICHEAL walks through the door. My jaw drops and all eyes land on me, a lot of people know we dated but don't know about the abuse part. We are both assigned a project to do together.

"Hey Kimberly, long time no see eh?" I ignore him and continue to write the date. "Answer me when I speak to you." He said raising his voice, the class was so loud so I don't think anyone heard. 

"Sorry uh... Hey..?" I still haven't looked at him since he sat next to me, I've had my eyes glued to my work.

"How's your dad, hows dally? you still write songs?" I don't get why he's trying to talk to me.

"My dads... gone, dally is fine, and yes I still write songs. now, what do you want?" I say in an angered tone.

I don't know if I've mentioned this but my mom died when I was 9, due to cancer and my dad left last year while dally was in the cooler "We can go into a better city, with bigger and better things!" I said no, I love Tusla and I can't leave sodapop and the gang. since dally was in the cooler he didn't have a say in the matter, so my dad left without us. at least he was nice enough to pay for our bills for the first couple of months.

"Wow, you got more confident and mad since I left. I just wanted to catch up on things you know? I missed you"

Luckily the bell rang and I had a different class that I'm going to skip because a lot of socs are in it.

Lunch finally came and I went to sit with Ponyboy and some other greasers.

Micheal was behind me walking up to the table and slapped my ass, I didn't feel too hot, I should've slapped him but I'm too tired for him right now.

"You're not gonna do anything?" Pony said

"No, don't feel like it."

"I hate that Micheal moved here, he's in my math class" Ponyboy said

"What? how you're in ninth grade?" I said confused

He shoves a burger in his mouth and continues to talk "Yeah, I guess he's in ninth grade level."

Me and some other people at the table start to laugh, Micheal has never been the smart type.

While walking out of school and going home Micheal came up to me, he was basically hitting on me and was just making stupid comments, I'm way too scared to defend myself, he can be more dangerous than socs. Lucky for him Dally was going to pick me and Pony up from school to take us to the DX, and Dally saw and came running. Micheal ran off and since Dally is slow as heck he didn't catch up. 

On the way to the DX dally was being very protective.

"Did you do something?"

"...No"

"Why?!" 

"I'm not trying to die?"

"At this point, you shouldn't be allowed to be scared of dying. You shouldn't be allowed to do anything if you aren't going to defend yourself."

"Let me guess I can't go out now?"

"Actually that's a good point, your only allowed in our place and ur only allowed out if more than 2 greasers are with you."

Just what I needed, security guards.

"Wait why does she need people with her? It's just an ex?"

Dally and I didn't say anything until we got to the DX.
