The Angel or Devil Problem

Chapter 30

"There is one other way." The headmistress spoke and caught the boys' attentions quickly.
"YES! WE'LL DO IT!" They all said simulaniously and eager.
The headmistress sighed. "Which one of you wouldnt mind losing your memories?"
Taehyun didn't hesitate to raise his hand. "I don't mind." The boys jerked his hand down. "Taehyun!"
"If I give one of you enough points to pass on and be a human again, I'll keep your devil or angel points intact. Then, we can simply switch another one of you to be the balanced of the other, with the task of giving memories back to the boy." The headmistress smiled when she saw the young boys' faces beam.
"Really?!" Beomgyu smiled to her and started bowing, the others throwing thanks and compliments to her.
"Yes. You'll have to pick who because Hueningkai has about 20 minutes before he doesn't wake up from that fever you four have induced on him.

Hueningkai felt like every ounce of energy from his body was being drained. It hurt so badly, buy he couldn't even move to scream. He missed the balancers, where did they go? He saw a note but couldn't pick it up to read it.
He felt a strange relief flush through his body. An all too familiar relief that made him worried. Did a balancer mark disappear from his nape??! He wanted to get up to check but he couldn't. This had to be the worst thing he has ever felt in his life. Another balancer mark left just then. Making him panic immensely.
I only have two balancers marks....
Hueningkai knew two were missing when the marks on his body started fading.... Did they get killed?
"Hueningkai! We're back!" Hueningkai quickly tried to sit up to see who came in the door.
"Taehyun! Soobin!!!!" Hueningkai was relieved to see them. "Wheres beomgyu and yeonjun?" Hueningkais happiness diminished when he only saw two of four balancers.
"Hey hey don't cry, they didn't leave forever, headmistress helped us. It's a way for all of us to stay together ok? How are you feeling?" Soobin gently lowered his lovers shirt to check his marks. It looked like it was healing. Good.
Thank God.
Soobin suddenly hugged Hueningkai tightly. Taehyun smiled seeing the two so happy. Maybe headmistress wasnt completely evil.
"Wait then where are they?" Hueningkai pulled soobin back to look at him. "Well..."

"It won't hurt will it?" Yeonjun was frantic. This was both exciting and scary. "Who's going to be the human?" Yeonjun asked.
"Yeonjun. I really have no idea headmistress is sorting things out alright?" Beomgyu was struggling to tie the fancy white and gold shirt headmistress gave him for their 'graduation'. As a goodbye gift really, though no one could know.
"Here, let me." Yeonjun fumbled with the lace in the back. His was black and pretty easy to put on, and it looked great! Why was heavens clothing so hard to navigate? Did it really have to be that hard?
Yeonjun smiled when he got it, beomgyus was white and it looked amazing. They were really gonna lie with Hueningkai forever after this. Yeonjun silently gave himself a pat on the back for spilling that dust. He'd do it a thousand more times for this outcome.
"I'll be human." Beomgyu said and put the gloves on to complete the outfit.
"What? No, you'll forget me!" Yeonjun gave a sad face and clung to beomgyu in the form of a tight backhug.
"You'd forget me too if you were the human, you'll do a better job of reminding me of my memories. Besides, i have more things I want to forget about being an angel." Beomgyu fixed yeonjun's earring and took in his sight.
"Off, like what? Have you fone through rehabilitation?" Yeonjun let beomgyu fix his appearance as he liked.
"Wouldn't you like to know." Beomgyu giggled as yeonjun whined at him. "I'm pretty confident that we'll get the same no matter if we're human or balancers. Beomgyu finished fixing yeonjun's clothing and made eye contact with a smile.
Beomgyu admired the boy for wanting to go through all this with him. He really did love him, just as much as he loved him back. It felt impossible, but it wasn't. Yeonjun wasn't a girl that lied to get points from him. He didn't fake love anyone. Beomgyu knew that now.
"You!-" yeonjun was surprised beomgyu was the one admitting feelings now, and was interupted with a soft slow kiss.
Yeonjun started emanating smoke, he was so happy, beomgyus lips were so soft! He admitted he liked him! And they looked like they were getting married!! Yeonjun couldn't help but smile into their first kiss. My only regrets are letting beomgyu initiate the first kiss. Dammit.
Yeonjun felt beomgyu pull away and put him back in, savoring the taste. Beomgyu was glowing like a beacon now.
They finally pulled away to breathe and smiled at eachother, cheeks pink.
"I'm going to miss making my angel glow..." Yeonjun brushed beomgyus hair back and admired the last glow he would ever get.
Beomgyu laughed. "I'll still be glowing, just not outside." Beomgyu noticed how cheesy he sounded and covered his face, ears turning red.
Yeonjun thought shy beomgyu was pretty cute, he wanted to kiss him again but the headmistress interupted and the two were immediately standing like reform school students.
"Alright. It's time." She smiled in towards them. It felt like she was sending her kids off to college, yeonjun her troublemaker to keep an eye on, beomgyu her goody two shoes. She would miss them, but was happy they would be free.
"Alright have you decided who will be human?" She held the gate open for them.
"Me maam!." Beomgyu didnt leave a chance for yeonjun to object. The headmistress gently took beomgyus hand and stood him in front of her. "Goodbye Beomgyu." The headmistress gently placed her hand on beomgyus cheek, getting one last glimpse of the boy before putting her finger in-between his eyebrows. A golden light glowed where her fingers touch, ans in an instant, the boy was gone.
Yeonjun panicked when he dissapeared but the old woman reassured him quickly. She still had a glowing gold light around her fingers. She pulled on the gold light and it became what looked like a string.
"Alright Yeonjun. Go get him." Headmistress gently held his cheek and the string wrapped around yeonjun and dissipated.
Yeonjun gave a good smile and waved as he went to the human realm with a new mission.

"Yah!yah!yah!" Hueningkai laughed when soobin spun him around in the air. He felt so much better, but hoped what Taehyun said would come true. He kept checking his front door below every couple minutes for his two other friends. Soobin seemed the most excited though.
"You look especially healthy my human sir." Soobin teased and smiled. He was holding hueningkai in the air, taehyun making sure that soobin didnt freaking drop him with how much spinning he was doing.
"We should throw a party tonight to celebrate! Isnt it close to New year's?" Soobin still didn't quite grasp the human calander.
"It IS New year's gum." Hueningkai shook his head, he must've taught the angel the holidays four hundred times by now and he still didnt remember.
"Well that seems a bit last minute to decorate dont you think?" Taehyun said from the side.
"Then why dont we go decorate now? Some food, drinks, lights, a banner maybe, game activities, thats all we need." Hueningkai looked to soobin to ask. Soobin nodded, thinking that was basically the fundamentals of a party.
"And for us older friends, drinks." Soobin smiled and teased the two youngers, getting hate remarks about being older the whole way back inside the house.
