"Ok so I need you to help me with some of the dance" I explain, taking a sip from my water.

Nodding understandingly, I turn on the music to I See Fire by Ed Sheeran.

"Ok so put your hands, here" I say standing in front of him, placing his hands on my hips.

"Now, you need to lift, so when I'm in the air, your put your hand on the underneath of my thigh, and I'll do the rest" I assure him. "3, 2, 1" Thomas lifts me gracefully into the air, as I wrap my legs swiftly around his torso from the front, placing my hands on the back of his head.

Placing me down, I turn to face him again.

"That was really good!" I smile.

"Really? I've never danced in my life" He laughs.

"But that was just a mediocre lift, next one is a bit harder" I smile.

"Oh god" He laughs.

Standing infront of him again, my back against his front, I explain over the jump.

"Basically, when I jump, I'm going to wrap my legs around your torso from behind, you just need to stand there, but holding my hands and keeping me straight" I explain slowly. Nodding, I take his hands in mine, and jump.

His body stays firm as he holds me in place.

"Thats good, now spin" I instruct. Lauging he spins, causing all the blood in my body to travel to my head.

"Ok, Ok, Ok, now, all you need to do is grab the bottoms of my legs, I'm going to spin around you into a bridal carry.. Ok?"

"Yeah" He nods. Then, I do as I said, and land into his strong arms in a bridal carry.

"Thats really good!" I laugh, jumping form his arms and back onto the floor. "Are you sure you've never danced before?" I ask.

"Yup, but I guess today I'm learning" He smiles.

"Two right, now ballroom, it's not hard, I'm sure you can waltz at least" I sigh, putting on a new song.

Thomas POV

Emily picks up her phone, her hair falling into her face as she leans over. I don't know how long I can handle seeing her dance, she was absolutely stunning.

"I've slow danced but that was at my school prom and it was with this girl that I liked, so I was like pissing myself that I wouldn't so anything stupid" I laugh.

"Well this is easier for you then I'm sure, I'm not your little school crush" She winks, walking towards me. She had no idea that what she said was actually the complete opposite, I DID like her, as if it was a school crush again.

She takes my hands, her soft ones underneath mine.

"Now make sure to look over my right shoulder, and not to look down because it will keep you off your focus and it'll look scruffy" she instructs. "Now put your other hand on my hip, and I'll put mine on your shoulder, now step back" Stepping back, her feet follow mine. "And again" Again, my feet step back, as her soft ones follow after.

"Now do that again, but go in like a circle" We dance around as Emily describes, her posture was straight, and beautiful, as her soft brown hair, swayed in it's ponytail. I couldn't help but look at her instead of the nothingness over her shoulder.

"Now, let your hand go from my hip, and just twirl me under your arm" Twirling her petite body under my arm, we go back into the origional position, and begin to dance again. "Your really good at this! Now try swinging me out, and rolling me back in" After a few tries of that, we continue to dance around the large room.

"This move is a bit harder than the others, but you twirl me out and in again, but when you twirl me in, pick me up from my hips and lift me until your arms are locked straight" Twirling her out, and in again, I take ahold of her petite hips, and lift her above my head with ease. Her head leans back as she runs her hands down my sides as I slowly let her down. My head lingers round her neck as I let her down slowly.

Her perfume still strong, and beautiful, she mesmerised me. The way he danced, moved, spoke, everything. And it as becoming increasingly hard to concentrate.

"I genuinely think your lying about not having any dance lessons" She smirks, as we continue to dance neutrally.

"Well.. I had to learn some stuff for my mums wedding, but nothing like all these jumps or anything. I mean, we just learned this dance for when I had to dance with her, but that was it" I shrug, twirling her again.

"Well I'm going to be needing your help a lot more often then" She smiles. The long song then ends, and Emily drops her arms, the spark from my body instantly dying down.

"Lets try some more moves" Emily offers. "Here, this is just the swan move, something you must have done" She insists, laying me down on the floor. Lifting my legs, she places my feet above her thighs.

"Now you take my hands, and just keep your legs straight" She jumps on my legs, whereas I, on the other hand, was not prepared. My legs buckle at the knees, and Emily comes toppling on top of me.

We both burst into laughter, as she still lays there.

"Ok, lets try that again, this time I promise I'll be ready" I laugh. Trying the move again, Emily flies gracefully above my head.

"Now try letting go of my hands" Releasing her small hands, she stays balanced on my feet.

"Now don't panick, I'm just gonna do this really cool move you don't have to do anything" Nodding, she places her hands on the floor above my head, and lingers there.

Her face was directly above mine, as she flipped her body over her arms and back onto her feet soflty.

"Woah" Was all I said. Leaning my head back, I looked at her upside down as she just laughed at me.

"Ok, there's this one jump I haven't been able to do because any time I want to dance I'm alone" She starts, turning on another song, Ed Sheeran, thinking out loud.

Nodding understandingly, she comes and stands between my legs, as she entwines her fingers with mine.

"Basically, all you need to do is keep your arms as strong and straight as you can because I'm going to be doing a handstand... in your hands" She laughs. Understanding what she was saying, she jumps gracefully into my arms as I lock mine in place. HEr legs point straight like a pin above both of our heads.

"OMG Thomas stay like that I think I can try my other move out" She rushes. Slowly she splits her legs into the splits, and pulls her legs back up. "Theres one thing I need you to do, I need you to throw me" She laughs.

"Urm... Ok" I stutter. "1..2...3!" I yell as I throw her gently into the air. Her body flips around as she lands gracefully on her feet.

Jumping up, I hug her tightly, spinning her around. "That was so good!" She squeals against my chest. Looking down into her hazel eyes, I can't help but be lost in an un-controllable trance. I feel my head moving closer towards hers as my confidence grows.

Finally, my lips meet her soft ones as we mould together in a warm embrace. It was like a freaking butterfly sanctuary had been let loose in my stomach as I moved my lips against hers. Pulling away for air, I soon find myself craving her more and more.

"I, urm... I've got to urm... go" She mutters, picking up her bag and walking through the big wooden doors. And right out of my grasp... again.
