"I promise I can lift this" I insist, attempting to take the large box of books in my arms as Thomas watches on amused. "shouldn't you be Sorting out your place anyway?" I ask, huffing and standing back up straight.

"You see I would, but I'm afraid my little kitten may get hurt" he smirks, trying to refrain from laughing.

"I am actually incredibly strong" I sass, placing my hand on my hip as I stare at Thomas' amused face.

"Go on then, lift away" Thomas gestures towards the heavy box, and leans against the door frame. As I attempt to lift the heavy object, my legs end up buckling, and I fall straight onto my bum. Thomas just stand at the door frame, amused, as I sit there pouting at his correct statement.

"Ok so maybe I'm not physically strong, but I am mentally strong and thats all one needs" I huff, walking into the apartment, as Thomas follows swiftly behind, the box of books resting in his strong arms.

"What was that about being strong?" Thomas chuckles, pulling me into his chest and wrapping his arms around my shoulders.

"Nothing. Do you recon you could help me get the rest in?" I plead, giving him my best puppy dog eyes. He nods willingly, and walks back into the hallway with me, lifting another box into our arms. Only this time mine was considerably lighter.

Multiple boxes later, everything had been unpacked and placed neatly in the allocated spaces. The only left now... was the mattress.

"Push harder" I complain at Thomas, as I pull the mattress from the front up the many flights of stairs.

"I'm trying!" Thomas laughs, shoving it again, only managing to move it up one step.

You see, the lift was only big enough to hold two people, let alone a king sized mattress. Thomas insisted this was the new mattress you bought for the flat, seeing as he always got pushed off the bed when he stayed over, this was the only option.

Suddenly, Kaya shows her face from the top of the staircase. Her bemused face was somewhat amusing as she stood there doubling over in laughter.

"This is the best thing I've seen all week!" She laughs at the scene, and snaps a picture of it on her phone, before running over to us, and helping us haul it up the last set of stairs.

"Thank God!" I heave, breathing a sigh of relief and leaning against the massive bed.

"Not done yet, we need to put it on the bed frame" Thomas winks, picking it up again. Groaing, I take the other end, and pull it into the almost complete flat.

After dumping it onto the empty bed frame, I sigh, and hug Thomas tightly.

"It's all done" I sigh, and flop onto the unmade bed.

Thomas follows shortly after, and faces his head towards mine. His hand reaches up to my face, and tucks a loose strand of hair that fell from my messy bun, and places it behind my ear.

"you look really pretty today" He complimets, taking my hand in his, and playing with my chipped nail varnish. Scoffing, I lace his fingers with mine, and pull a funny face at him. He chuckles softly, and leans leans forward slowly before pressing his lips ever so softly to mine.

It only lasted a couple of seconds, before our bodies parted, and smiles were left happily on both of our faces.

"What are your dreams?" Thomas asks, out of the blue, looking curiously into my hazel eyes.

"I actually have a bucket list, I'll get it" I smile, walking to one of the boxes of my bedroom stuff that hadn't get been emptied, and pulled out my old notebook.
