Word had gotten out the Red King was sick and everyone was shocked. The Purple Queen was the only one who was unfazed which didn't come as a surprise. Irene and Yeri were going to the Blue Prince's castle since his grandmother asked if they could have tea and discuss some things about Irene's birthday and how she could help with the preparations.
So none of the meetings would involve Jungkook or Yeri. Once they got to the castle they were greeted by a beautiful pastel blue palace. Irene shooed Yeri away to do whatever she wanted. As she was walking into the building she bumped into V.
"Oh, hello V," Yeri said as she smiled at the tall man.
"Hello Yeri, what are you doing here?"
"The Purple Queen is having tea with the Blue Prince's grandmother," Yeri said.
"Hey, V, can you point me in the direction of the garden?" Yeri asked.
He told her the directions and she thanked him and immediately went down the path he had told her. Once she saw a big opening of plants and trees she went inside to find a beautiful scene of nature. She was walking around a couple of vines and that's when she bumped into someone else
It was the Blue Prince, she bowed to him and immediately apologized. Once she got a good look at his face she saw a couple of fairies flying around his head.
"Um, are you the Blue Prince?" She inquired.
"Yes I am, my name is Jungkook." He bowed, flashing his charming smile at her.
"Oh hello, my name is Yeri," she also bowed.
Jungkook started a conversation with her and they spent the rest of the time talking and playing with the fairies. "So, your family takes care of them?"
"Yes, I usually spend most of my time with them, so they're used to me," Jungkook exclaimed. "Wow, that's amazing!" she said in awe as one landed on her finger. They continued to chat and get to know each other until Irene came and called her over.
"Yeri! Let's go!" Irene shouted so she could get the girl's attention. As yeri was walking over she tripped and fell, ripping her dress and silk apron, jungkook immediately ran over and helped her up.
"Are you ok?" he asked in a worried voice.
"Yes, thank you"
Irene quickly walked up to the two and harshly grabbed yeri's wrist. "I said let's go!" Irene gritted through her teeth, Yeri was dragged out of the building and was taken home. Jungkook sighed and hoped she was okay, he went back to tending to the fairies.
The ride back to the castle was quiet, and the tension was thick. Even the driver felt it and would sometimes peek in back and see straight faces, and he once met the eyes of Irene and immediately looked away.
Yeri's knees were scraped and were bleeding, but she was more anxious about why Irene was so upset. They got back to the castle and Yeri was immediately dragged to her chambers and thrown to the floor, and that's where she burst out crying.
