Chapter 12: That House

Jordan's POV:
Four Weeks Later*

As I looked at my Mom as she poured a glass of ice water, I looked down at her stomach. My Dad did say he was gonna get her pregnant so these past few weeks I was expecting her to make an announcement that she was pregnant. "Alison?" Dad called. He came in the room and immediately saw me.

"Jordan have you seen your mother?" He asked. I pointed towards the kitchen. He walked over and seen her. "Ah there you are." He said, as he kissed her. She smiled then looked at me. "Jordan are you okay?" She asked. I nodded. "You've been quiet all day." She said. "Yeah. Normally you would be put with your friends." Dad said.

I shrugged. "Just got a lot on my mind." I said. "Like what?" Dad asked. "I don't know exactly but I feel like I should be worrying about something." I said. I was worried about Angel. Lately, she's been talking about going to the Forbidden Island and going to that house. I've tried to discourage her from going but she's so bent on talking to that girl.

I looked over at my parents as Dad rubbed her stomach. They suddenly came over to me. "Jordan how do you feel about having a younger sibling?" Mom asked. I shrugged. "I guess. Would be nice to have someone else y'all can bug." I said, jokingly. They laughed. "Well I think I may be pregnant." Mom said. I smiled.

"Well you better go check it out to officially declare yourself pregnant." I said. She smiled and hugged me. "So what made you guys decide to have another kid?" I asked, even though I already knew the answer. "We want another child to love." Mom said, as she caressed my face. "Jordan?" Someone asked.

We turned around to see Angel. "Angel? Nice to have you." Dad said. He walked over and greeted her. "Hi." She said, sheepishly. "What brings you here dear?" Mom asked. "I came to see Jordan. We need to talk about something important." She said. She gave me a look and I knew what it meant.

"Sure. Just let me speak with him right quick." Dad said. He pulled me away and towards the back door. "Son did you fuck her?" He asked. I stared at him. "Dad no!! I mean....she's bad. I do like her." I said. "Good. Her Mom is gorgeous as well. Must run in the family." He said, before walking away. "She's underage Dad." I said, before walking over to Angel.

I grabbed her hand and pulled her outside. "What's up?" I asked. "Jordan I know you don't want to go but I'm just letting elbow I'm going to that house on the Forbidden Island. Me and the girls are going." She said. Then she turned around to walk away. I sighed in frustration. "I'm coming with." I said, as I ran after her.

We walked around til we came to Jacob's house. I texted him and Mia to be outside. Jacob walked up to us. "Hey. So we really going to that house?" He asked. I nodded. "Yep. Sophia and Chrystal are waiting on the beach for me." Angel said. "Come on then." Jacob said. We walked down the street and met up with Mia.

"Why are we going to the house again?" She asked. "Because I feel I need to do something for the girl who haunts that house." Angel said. We walked on the beach and saw Chrystal and Sophia standing by the rocks. They looked at us. "Ready?" Sophia asked. Angel nodded. "Whoa. Guys this is just us." Chrystal said.

"We're coming with." I said. "I thought you didn't want to?" Chrystal said, crossing her arms. "Well now I do." I said. "Well we gon go off not?" Jacob said. We all ran into the water and took off swimming. As I swam, I thought about what could happen at the house.
