Three hour flight.

Solo.

Anxious.

Sierra arrived at her five star stay for the next four days, smiling from ear to ear, immersed in the elegance and exquisiteness of the property. "Nice digs Jungkook." She grinned before the chauffeur assisted her from the vehicle and gathered her luggage from the trunk.

"Thank you." Sierra acknowledge the pleasant service before her excited steps took her inside the hotel.

Though very grateful for this trip and being able to get away for a few days, the fact that Taehyung will be sharing some time with her after the way things were left between them were a bit unnerving to her. Despite of their personal issues, she was determined to keep things as professional as allowed in order to represent the company with dignity, praying the CEO will at least be able to do the same.

Sierra's heart stuttered multiple times thinking of the amber haired gentleman. If Ruby hadn't pull her off the couch and reminded her about this trip, she would have spent all week sulking.

And what for? We're not even together.

Sierra greeted the lady at the front desk, soliciting her details for her stay and collected her keys.

"Looks like you will be staying in our Club Executive Suite Miss Harper." Diana, the front desk manager spoke as she handed Sierra her key card.

"Sounds exciting." Sierra smiled as she received the small envelope, along with the receipt.

"Your other party has already arrived for the retreat. Elevator is right behind you on your right. Please enjoy your stay here." Dianna continued.

Great. Mr. Kim has already arrived. I'm already curious why we were on separate flights. God knows who's legs he had to get between before he...oooooh deep breath Sierra. Don't let him control you.

Sierra nodded and headed toward the elevator.

She arrived on her floor, anticipating to see where she would be laying her head for the next few nights. Sierra reached her room and inserted her key card. She gasped in awe once she stepped inside.

Elegant didn't seem to satisfy the description of the suite.

Sierra grinned as she hurried in to see the rest of the executive space but a drastic change to her expression exhibited a groan as she entered the living room that separated the bedroom with connecting French doors.

"Sierra?" Taehyung's rich voice smoothed over, making Sierra's heart skip down to her knees.

Her eyes fluttered as she observed his very casual dress of a russet tinted blazer complementing a pair of ripped but neat jeans clinging to his lower half. The first button of his crisp white shirt underneath his blazer was undone, teasing a peak of his caramel tone and his blonde locks were pushed away from his forehead, however a few of them couldn't help but fall, fringing his penetrating gaze.

"Mr. Kim..." Sierra spoke low.

How formal and so cold. Taehyung thought as his stare wandered Sierra, admiring her outside of work attire. The smooth outline of her curves in the leggings adorning her frame left him in a mouth watering gasp. Her hair was up in a messy bun as her glasses sat on her unlined face. This very look is what edged his curiosity of her the most and is the reason why she hadn't vanished from his thoughts no mattered how hard he tried.

Taehyung saw this as a layer. He knew there was more to her than the persona she allowed him to see. As much as he respected her intelligence, he wanted to know more of her, about her. He was less than pleased on the way he left things with her, backing down only made him veil feelings that he was confused on.

This is what he's been frustrated with however, he had no choice but to let it be.

"Apparently there has been a mix up. I tried to call Jungkook to amend this but..."

"Don't." Sierra sighed, already knowing the explanation. "So, what do we do sir?"

A quiet scoff pursed from Taehyung's lips as he rested his hands on handle of his luggage. "We aren't doing anything. You will stay here and I'm going back to New York." Taehyung proceeded to walk past Sierra but she reached out, hand in a tender grip to his forearm to keep him near her. The cinnamon highlights in his eyes fell to her as his thoughts paraded his mind like a circus of scenarios under her touch. The one thing he wanted to do more than anything would null the very barrier that she created between them.

"Taehyung, wait." Sierra's gaze dawdled his as if she was wishing to intercept his thoughts. Aware of her hand around him, she envisioned herself releasing him but somehow the act of making it happen was lost. "Don't go. You need to be here more than I do. I'll go back to New York." Sierra finally separated herself from him to turn on her heel.

"No." Taehyung stated.

"No?" Sierra repeated, stopping cold in her tracks.

"Exactly. No. I invited you here, didn't I?" Taehyung reminded.

Sierra scoffed. "I'm sure having me as a suitemate was all apart of your master playboy plan. Too bad because we are not sharing a room." Sierra made her way to the exit.

"Master playboy plan? What is it with you and this playboy stuff? Have I ever tried to play you Sierra?" Taehyung asked approaching her swiftly.

Sierra's chest fell heavy the moment he was only inches away from her. "Is personal space something that's not recognized where you come from?"

"Answer me Sierra." Sierra found herself pinned to the door as Taehyung lifted his arm above her and peering down. Have I?" He asked again.

"Mr. Kim...?" Sierra breathed.

"Oh it's Mr. Kim now? A few seconds ago it was Taehyung. Who's the one playing games now?" Taehyung leaned in closer.

Sierra lifted her hand to chest to stop him. "No. Don't."

Taehyung smirked as he leaned away from her. "You're not leaving." He firmed.

"Neither are you so..." Sierra eased away from him. She took hold of his luggage and rolled it back into the living room before turning towards him. "It's the couch for you."

Did anyone see that coming? What's the fun in writing a cliche if you don't add in others?
