"Okay, so Jimin, tell me about him again," Sierra asked, as she and Taehyung rode through the streets of Seoul, headed to Jin's and Sooha's rehearsal dinner.
Taehyung grinned. "Sierra, nervousness isn't like you."
"I'm not nervous. You told me a lot about your friends recently, and I don't want to make a fool of myself when I meet them. They mean so much to you." She explained while resting her hand on his.
Taehyung glanced down at the sweet gesture and smiled. "Jimin is who I'm closest to. Trust me; you will know him when you see him. Besides, they already like you."
Sierra nodded. "You keep saying that."
"Believe me, they do," Taehyung assured. He took another glance at Sierra and tugged his teeth against his lips. "You look amazing, by the way."
Sierra's cheeks lifted with her wide smile. "Thank you. It's typically not my style, but Minah insisted. She has very expensive taste." Sierra chuckled. "I love it, though, and I adore your sister."
Taehyung rolled his eyes. "I was afraid you would."
"Is that a bad thing?"
"It isn't. I love my sister, but she's a brat." He glanced over to Sierra. "You can be a little bratty too." He smirked.
Sierra's brows lifted, "Excuse me?"
"Don't you recall the first time we met?" Taehyung wondered.
"Yes. You looked like a kid in a candy store. Had you never been to a con?" Sierra grinned.
"Not one of that magnitude," Taehyung admitted.
"Well, you were cute until converted into an ass."
Taehyung laughed. "I've been told before, but we can finish that later. We're at Jin's."
Sierra's nerves netted in worry as she stared out of the window. Meeting Taehyung's friends was a big deal to her. She admired how he spoke of them and felt the connection and sense of family from his words. It reminded her of the closeness she shared with her friends. "I have to admit that my Korean is rusty," Sierra admitted as she scanned the beautiful home. "Taehyung..."
Taehyung held Sierra's hand in his. "I've never seen you like this. I think it's cute but don't worry. They will love you because I love you."
Sierra's heart thudded against her chest while her stomach flipped. It was one thing to know her feelings for Taehyung, but hearing him admit his love made her heart skip. She smiled and nodded before Taehyung released her hand and got out of the car. He rested his hands on Sierra's waist as he guided her to the entrance of the house. Ringing the doorbell, he took an excited breath in the fact that he was seeing his friends again after being away for almost two months.
"Wow! Yoongi's deep voice resonated as he opened the door, smiling at the pair. "You," he pointed to Taehyung, "stay there, but she can come in." Yoongi winked at Sierra.
"Yeah, not without me," Taehyung stated before walking in and greeting Yoongi with a hug. "I know you miss me."
"Sometimes. I miss you buying us lunch and dinner." Yoongi teased. "And you must be Sierra? Wow again!" Yoongi exclaimed.
"I am. Nice to meet you, Yoo-"
"Is that Sierra?" A voice bellowed through, meeting the three of them around the foyer. Jimin smiled, instantly welcomed Sierra with a hug. "You don't know how happy I am to meet you." He grinned as he rocked her from side to side.
"Jimin, do you mind? You're going to give her whiplash with your hug." Taehyung cut his stare.
Jimin released their embrace and took her by the hand, leading her into the living room area. "Everyone, Sierra is here!" Jimin announced.
"And me! What the hell?" Taehyung called after.
Yoongi patted Taehyung on the back. "Trust me; we are happy to see you but happier to see her."
The others greeted Sierra, smiling, and making acquaintances.
"Sierra, meet my fiancé tonight, but as of tomorrow, she will be my wife, Sooha." Seokjin introduced.
"Nice to meet you, Sooha." Sierra bowed and smiled.
"Pleasure to meet you, Sierra." Sooha reciprocated.

After greetings, everyone sat at the dining table partaking in the feast that Seokjin and Sooha, along with Yoongi, prepared for the evening. Sierra got more comfortable as the night passed. She enjoyed making conversations with Taehyung's friends.
"So, how was New Orleans?" Seokjin asked with a wide brim smile.
Taehyung's stare widened before he glared at Jin. Jungkook lowered his head down, pretending as if his dinner was untouched as he stuffed food in his mouth.
All eyes fell on Sierra, who glanced over at Taehyung, curious of his expression. "Um, it's a beautiful city. The nightlife is amazing."
"Yes, it's a very sexy city." Namjoon agreed. "I visited once during a US city tour. It was definitely one of my favorite stops."
"Did you do anything fun, Sierra, while you were there?" Hoseok chimed in.
Sierra smiled, failing to see Taehyung's jaw clenching at his curious friends.
"Actually," she looked over and beamed at the honey-haired gentleman next to her. "Taehyung and I went out for dinner one night and listened to some jazz."
"We were on retreat, guys; we didn't have time to explore the city," Taehyung added.
"Ah, the hotel must have been nice. Jungkook said you stayed at the Ritz-Carlton." Yoongi stated, but it sounded more like a question.
Taehyung cleared his throat before Sierra could speak. "It was just a business trip, guys."
"Very important business, eh?" Hoseok smirked.
"Hobi..." Taehyung called.
Sierra glanced around the table. "Am I missing a joke here?"
"Not at all," Taehyung answered as he pulled Sierra in for a kiss.
"You have to pardon us, Sierra. We just miss Taehyung, and we like to tease him. Especially since he's brought someone to meet us." Seokjin explained.
"Yeah, he's never done that, so you must be pretty special," Jimin added.
"Hmm, am I?" Sierra asked, turning toward Taehyung.
A unison of "oohs" lingered in the background, along with the silence in waiting for a response.
"Of course you are," Taehyung answered. "You wouldn't be here if you weren't."
Sierra grinned. "On the contrary, Mr. Kim, you wouldn't be here either. At least, feeling the way you do now." Sierra's brow quirked.
"Oh, she's feisty. Keep her Taehyung." Sooha stated.
Taehyung lowered his head in a blush before his eyes fell back on the woman he loved. "I plan to."
