Chapter 7

Luke's Pov
"Mum please, I love uncle Pete but I don't want to stay with him for almost a week. Why can't I stay here on my own, I used to stay here on my own all the time."
"Luke, I don't mind leaving you here on your own for a couple of hours, but I can't trust you on your own for 4 days. You would probably trash this place knowing you." My Mum said, fustrated as it was about the tenth time she had to say it.

"Why can't Jack or Ben just come stay here for the week?"
"There both busy and Uncle Pete doesn't mind you staying at his house. I don't know why this is such a problem."
"Fine, I will stay at his house, have fun on your holiday." I said sarcastically, before running up to room and slamming the door.

I know my Parents really needed to get away but why didn't they trust me? I wanted to have a party here, but nooooo, I have to stay with Pete. It's not that I don't like Pete, its just...I don't even know!

I started to pack a weeks worth of clothes and other stuff. My parents would be back before my birthday which was better than nothing. My phone vibrated in my pocket so i took it out. A message from Ashton was shown.

Ashton:Hi Luke, I'm bringing a friend of mine to the gig on Friday, is that okay?
Luke:Yh sure, who is it? Do I know him?
Ashton: Actually its a girl, dont know if u know her tho.
Luke: Ooooooooo, didn't tell me u had a girlfriend. :)
Ashton: She is just a friend
Luke: Do you like her???
Ashton: I only just met her so i can't really say anything now.
Luke: What does she look like, whats her name,how old is she???
Ashton: Stop annoying me, ur gonna meet her on Friday anyway. Im going now. Bye.
Luke: Bye.
Well, I wonder who this girl is going to be?

I finally reached Pete's house after a 15 minute walk. My Mum had the spare key so I just took it. When i entered i heared.......giggling? I poked my head into the living room and saw Pete with someone. Oh my fucking god.
It was Mia's Mum. What the hell was she doing here...with Pete? I entered the room.

"Um sorry, am I interupting something?" I fully well knew i was interupting something but I really couldn't care less.
"Oh, Luke, I forgot you were coming over today, well this is.." Before he could finish I said
"Diana."
"Oh my god, Luke! I haven't seen you in years." She came rushing over to give me a hug. As much as I didn't want to, I hugged her back.

It brought back memories. She used to be like a second Mum to me until.......
While me and Diana had out little reunion, uncle Pete just stood there in shock.
"You...you two,know eachother?" He asked, pointing between us.
"Luke used to be one of my daughters best friends.Also, me and his Mum are really good friends." She answered him while smiling at me. It had been so long since I saw that smile. It was really nice to be the reason for her being so happy.

"What do you mean, They used to be friends?" They both looked at me, waiting for me to tell them why me and Mia weren't friends anymore.
"Well i guess we just drifted apart." I decided to say after some thought. Its not like i could just come out with 'Well, It just so happens i hate your family meaning I hate Mia and and now i am one of her bullies and she now hates me too' Could I?

"Well atleast I didn't have to do awkward imtroductions then." Pete laughed. On his own, may I add.
"Uhh yh, could you tell me why exactly Diana is here then." I knew why, I just wanted him to say it. Suddenly though, he seeened to be distracted by the carpet while Diana just blushed.

Mia looked so much like her but just a bit prettier. Ugh, what am I thinking?
" Well, Diana was here because, well we, we kinda...um.' He stuttered.

Was it really that embarresing just to say that they were seeing each other? It was pretty obvious. Did Mia, Dean and Liam even know about this? Surely Mia would know Pete is my uncle.
"I get it, you two are dating. I'll Just go upstairs then!" I spoke for them, Before I running upstairs to the guest room, Pete tried to explain. No point in sticking around for that.

I threw my bag on the floor and jumped on to the bed to lie down. Sometimes, I would just sit and think.

I mean, my life was just a massive fuck up and i wasn't even doing anything to sort it out. The only good thing going on was the band. The whole bullying Mia thing just wasn't right.

Apparently she went into the boys locker rooms today to have a go at her brother. Calum bullies her with me and yet she still gets angry at her own brother for punching him. I mean, I know Calum doesn't do that much to her but still, if someone was bullying me, I wouldn't defend them.

She was a really good person. I always blamed her for what happened but she probably doesn't even know it happened. Why the hell do I bully her then? I dont have a clue. What the fuck is wrong with me. Im glad Leanne is being a friend to her. She deserves more than what she gets.

Hii guys. Okay, I dont actually know if Luke has an uncle called Pete so i just made it up cuz its a fanfic. It doesnt need to be real. Anyways, i hope you all liked it! I was just wandering, my chapters are all really short. Do you guys like it like that or shall I make them longer? Let me know in the comments :)
