Mia's Pov

I paced myself around the room. Where the fuck is Mum?
Today was (at some points)the best day of my life, but at other points, it was the shittiest day ever! Leanne becoming a friend was a good thing, so was Calum's apology and meeting Ashton. But then again, I fainted in the middle of the hallway, I had a duet with Luke and he made me bleed, I ran into the boys changing room to tell Dean off for punching Calum, I found Dean drunk when I came home, and now my Mum is nowhere to be seen! See, shitty day!

Why the fuck isn't Mum answering her phone? Liam said he was coming over soon and would try to help us find her. I looked down at my phone in hope. I kept doing this. Anything would be good. A text, a call, I didn't care. Just something to tell me she is alright.

"Dean, have you got anything yet?" I asked.
"No, she hasn't replied or answered any of my calls! Mia, I'm really worried. She never leaves without telling us, what if something happens? What if something has already happened?"
"Dean, your the one that was drunk. She might of told you she was going out but you just can't remember." I snapped at him.
I didn't mean to be rude but he shouldn't of drunk, at least not today.
"I'm sorry! You know i am." He apologised. Now i feel bad.

I looked down again but this time, there was a message. I practiaclly screamed at how happy I was. I opened up the message but I just ended up disappointed. It wasn't from Mum.

Ashton: Hi, just wanted to ask you where your adress is. If thats okay?
I really liked Ashton, I really did. I just didn't want to speak to him at that moment.

He ended up calling me as I didn't reply after about 10 more texts. I toyed on whether I should answer or just not hold it. I decided on answering . Maybe talking to him would calm me down.

" Hi Mia" . Before I can say anything he to greet him, he started to speak.
"So, is it alright if you could give me your adress."
"Hi Ashton, I thought you said you werent a stalker?" I joked.
"Ha Ha Ha, very funny." He laughed sarcastically.
"Its just, if you want me to pick you up on Friday, i'm gonna need your adress."
"How about you just give me the adress of were your performing, that way you don't need to know where I live."
"I could do that.... but im not going to." "And why not?" I asked, biting my lip.
"Well duh, I'm a stalker! Why would I give you the adress of the bar when I'm supposed to be stalking you!" He tried to say this seriously but just ended up laughing with me!
"Fine then, ill text you my adress when you hang up so you don't have to write anything down."
"Okay, thanks. I'll pick you up at 6 on Friday. Is that okay?"
"Um, sure! I kinda have to go now, I'll talk to you soon?"
"Awwwww, why do you have to go now. What is soooo important that means you can't talk to me?"
"Well, i'm sort of in the middle of something at the moment."
"What is it, do you need me to help you with it?"

I have known him for like 5 minutes and he is offering to help me with something when he doesn't even know what it is. That is really sweet!
"Ashton, you dont have to do that. I'll talk to you soon, bye"
"Okay then, bye." He sighed before disconnecting the call. I quickly texted him my adress so I didn't forget later on.

When I was finally done, Dean was looking at me. Actually, scratch that, he was full on staring at me.
"Why the fuck are you looking at me like that?" I snapped.
"Who was that?"
"Why, it's none of your business."
"Actually, if my twin sister starts dating people, I think I need to know."
"Well, how do you know if it was even a boy? He's just a friend as well! So don't get any weird ideas."
"Ha, it is a boy! You just said he's just a friend."
"Oh my God Dean. Just shut the hell up and call Mum again."
Just as I was saying this, the door opened. Yet again, I got excited for no reason. It was only Liam.
"Hi guys." He greeted as he walked into the room.
"Have you got hold of Mum yet?" I asked, hopefully. At this point I was pretty much hopeless. He smirked, saying nothing. I eyed him curiously. Then my mum entered the room. I jumped up, ran to her and gave her a massive bear hug.

"Mum, were the fuck have you been all this time?" I asked.
"Language young lady!"
"Mum, you know that I swear. Just answer the damn question." I was fustrated. She can't think that she can tell me off for swearing when she just went out without telling anyone, as if she was a teenager.
"I need to talk to you all about something."
"What is it?" Dean asked.
"I think we all need to sit down."
"Mum, what's wrong." I asked, worriedly.
Her mouth opened to speak but it was too late. Liam beat her to it.
"Mum has a boyfriend." He let out a huge sigh of relief as if it was too much to hold in.

But I couldn't care less about Liam. Mine, Dean's faces mirrored each other. Shock. Plain and simple. Mum hadn't dated anyone since Dad so this was a really weird thing to hear. I don't know if I should be happy that she is moving on or angry that she didnt tell us. I decided to be both.
"Mum I'm really happy for you, like I genuinly am but why on bloody earth didnt you tell us anything?"
"I just wanted to see if I actually liked him enough and I guess I do. So if you dont mind, I'd like to let him come for a little birthday celbration for you and Dean. Is that okay?"
"Muuuum!" Dean whined."Why do we have to meet him on our birthday!"
"Well you guys didn't have anything planned so I thought it might be a good idea."
"Well i guess its okay. We don't have anything planned. And were gonna have to meet him eventually." I said.
"Fine." Dean said like a child. So looks like our birthday was going to be an interesting day!
