Finn jumped out of lightspeed just in front of Vanqor. The planets atmosphere was grey mist. -"Well. Here I go."
Entering the atmosphere Finn got a fleeing feeling that something was wrong with Reys journey, but he wasn't able to do anything about it now.
"She will be fine. She will be better than fine. I surely remember how she got herself out of capture first time we met. That was real fun that Han, Chewie and me wandered the ship to find and rescue her and there she is- climbing a technical wall unnoticed." Finn smiled for the memory. "Rey will be fine. She have to."Finn steered the ship to the location of the sacred place of Grey Jedi. The planet had deserted mountainous landscape all around. Finn didn't take a chance to steer the ship close to the ground, to look around, he didn't liked idea of some Gundark to destroy the Falcon even before landing.
The sacred place was just in front of the ship now- he found secluded part of the hillside and landed the Falcon in front of one of the caves.
Before to do anything, Finn took some time and tried meditating like Rey advised. He ate a portion, when his rumbling belly brought him out of peace, and meditated again waiting for the night. And then he took equipment and went searching for the right entrance.
"Why it has to be the caves always? Does the Jedi have some kink in dark secluded places?" Finn wasn't happy for his job- find the right place, sneak past monsters, somehow feel the right moment and what to do. "What am I supposed to do anyway? I should have asked Rey more specifically, what will happen."
At least he could hear so much better with the amplifier and the scanner also came handy to see the sleeping monsters. For the time being it didn't seem that many were around. Few were to Finns left, but too far to hear anything (at least he hoped so).
"Well then, in this intersection I will go to the right." Finn didn't need Force to know that it wasn't good idea to check on those sleeping beasts.
Finn wandered for some time, came on few dead ends and choose different entrance for the next trip into the caves system. He hoped this will be the place, he felt really uncomfortable every time scanner showed life form big enough to be Gundark.
Before entering the cave, he looked up into the starry sky and remembered what Rey said about the star, that will guide the way. Finn found a large rock next to one of the entrance and got up on it in lotus pose. He placed his hands palms up over his knees and looked up to the starry skies.
The night was calm, the skies clear. All around the planet in darkness shone the stars, that lighted the fabric of galaxy. There were the star systems, meteorite fields, the lonely planets - and everywhere was life. It shone as bright as the suns.
Finn let his breath flow calmly and freely. "I am one with everything, and everything is one with me." Finn closed his eyes and breathed deep. It felt as if night was slowly melting away and Finn was flying above the planet.. He was floating in the stars and around him the suns washed over him as thick, warm blankets.
He opened his eyes. He was standing in the cave, with no lights, his scanner and sound amplifier off.. He was breathing in the Force that surrounded this Sacred place. There was shadow that moved around, and detached itself from the wall. In front of him appeared person. Finn couldn't quite see the mans face in the darkness, but it was human.
-"Hello! I am Finn!" He didn't know what else to say.
-"No, you are lost!" the person responded.
-"I am wandering around, looking for something.
Have you heard about Grey Jedi?" This was definitely the most weirdest conversation that Finn had ever had.
