Epilogue

Lance POV

After defeating Sendak, I wrote a letter to my family, giving it to Pidge to pass on the message. I caught them up on what's been going on. 

Keith and I returned by to our home unfollowed, a welcome party was thrown for us. I was happy to be back home, and thanks to Pidge I was able to keep in contact with them.

Apparently after getting arrested and deemed as valuable to the US government. The gang was able to create wormholes, allowing the earth to finally be apart of the universes great melting pot.

Allura was able to collect the rest of the Alteans, not only did they help the earth advance greatly they also found a plant to settle down on and rebuild.

Now I stand in front of the river, starting at the used to be green leaf.

This leaf is special, it's like a pregnancy stick. I had to lick it, and if the wet parts turn white then that means I'm pregnant. The leaf is white, and I'm pregnant.

I rush back to tell Keith the new, I wonder how he'll react. I finally make it back to the village, when I walk in I'm pushed down by a big ball of fur. Genta purrs, rubbing her head in my stomach.

'I guess she already knows.'

"Welcome home Lance, how was your walk?"

"It was good, I have a gift for you."

He walks over to me, "What is it?"

I hand him the white leaf, he looks at it confused.

I place my hand on my stomach and start to sweat a bit, "I'm Pregnant."

His eyes grow in size, he looks at the leaf then at me. Then he continues to repeat. Catching me off guard, he lifts me up and spins me around.

"I'm so happy! We're going to start a family!" 

I can't help but start to cry, "Yup, we're going to start a family~"

Timeskip~

It's been a couple of years since we won the war, today the family (including Genta) is heading to earth for a reunion. Last time Keith went on his own to help Hunk, coming back with a ship for us to use the net time we want to leave.

"Moriko! Are you all packed up!"

"Yeah, Mama!" 

Moriko runs in the Genta following after him. He has my clear blue eyes and Keiths Black hair, he's a bit on the tanned side but he shares more of Keith's traits than mine.

"Great! Let's go! Dad's waiting!

We get on Genta's back, riding through the village. We wave at the people as they greet us. We finally make it through the forest, finally making it to the ship.

"Dad!"

Keith looks at us and smiles, "Great, your finally here."

Once we get closer, Genta slows down allowing Moriko and me to get off. Moriko runs over to Keith, jumping up to give him a hug. I smile at the two as Genta gets on the ship, Moriko soon follows when Keith puts him down. 

I walk over to him and give him a quick kiss, "Ready to go love?"

I nod, we then get on the ship and buckle in. I turn around to see Moriko already safely in his seat. I help Keith start the skip, now we're already on our way. 

I smile as Moriko awws the stars and planet passing us as we leave our home. Once we get to a safe distance Keith opens the portal to the Milky Way. Going through the portal we continue our journey past the planets. Moriko starts to name all of them, finally ending with Earth. 

Keith sends a quick message as we land, I can already see Hunk and Pidge waiting for us. After landing and parking, we exit our ship. 

"It's good to see you two...who's the kid?"

I smile as Moriko runs past us, holding out his hand for the two. "My name is Moriko Kogane, It's nice to meet you!"

Keith smiles, "That's our son."

They stay frozen, "WHAT!?"

Mini Timeskip

Laughing at the table, I can't help but smile at the stories being thrown around. The lions stand around us proudly, I can still sense their energy, it's so weird.

I look up at them shocked when I hear then roar.

They start to glow as sore through the sky, I start to cry a bit.

"Farewell"

We all watch, as they fly away as one through space. I felt strong arms around my waist, Keith kisses my cheek.

"It's sad that they have to go. Will you go to?"

"Don't worry, I'll never leave."
