“I’m going to head off shopping with uhm, Jesy.” Jade mumbled, breaking the silence as awkwardness filled the room. First she let Adam in, and then she just plans to leave. I was seriously going to kill her later. “I thought you were going to never speak to me again, why are you here Adam?” I asked coldly as soon as Jade slipped out the front door. I remembered every precise moment when I had dumped Adam. I had talk things through, explaining nicely as why I thought we shouldn’t be together anymore. He, on the other hand was anything but calm. He left in a rage, telling me that he didn’t love me anyways and that he was never going to speak to me again. I will admit, I was quite happy to get rid of him, but in a way I still kind of missed him. Even though I missed him, he hadn’t grazed a thought in my mind lately at all. I was too busy thinking about our tour and Zayn.

“I know I left in a huff last time we spoke, but I don’t want us to end badly. I want to make things up between us and hopefully we can be friends.” He said sincerely, or at least fake sincerely. I rolled my eyes, “You can’t honestly be expecting me to believe any word that’s coming out of your mouth can you?” I asked, scoffing. He looked at me with his piercing blue orbs, I couldn’t help but stare back into them. I remembered all the good times we had, as friend, and as lovers. “Give me one chance? One coffee date, well not date, but yeah you know. Come on Pez, I miss all the times we spent together. From playing on the swings when we were six years old to going to movies together, even just as friends.” He pleaded, but it wasn’t annoying me like I was expecting it to, it made me reminisce in old memories. I let a small smile curve upon my face. “Over coffee. As friends.” I said matter-of-factly. Maybe I could gain back a valuable friend. He knew me inside and out. He grinned. “I’ll leave you alone now, text me when you’re available. I know you’re busy today because of your first show.” He said, handing me a small piece of paper with his number on it. Wow, he really came prepared today. “Will do.” I said smiling, guiding him to the door.

I sighed as I shut the door. I had expected his visit to go down the wrong way, but surprisingly it didn’t. Maybe our relationship could turn out back to being friends. It would be nice. Thinking of relationships made me think of Zayn. I walked over to my laptop, going onto Sugarscape to check on news with Zayn. I wanted to be a supportive girlfriend, I wanted to be up to date. “Perrie likes my tatts.” I chuckled as I read an interview about him and I. My phone buzzed with a text from management, telling us to go to rehearsals. It buzzed with another text, this time, from Zayn. ‘Good luck for your first show babe, gonna smash it :D x x’ it read. It costs a fortune to send texts from a long distance, but Zayn still did to wish me luck. I couldn’t help but feel love all around me. He made me so happy, I was whipped in love, indeed I was. I quickly sent two replies to management and Zayn, and then got ready for rehearsals.

9 hours later, after the first show

I was buzzing with excitement. The feeling that I got from being onstage was sensational. Zayn was right, nothing could beat it. The crowd was so loud; I thought I was going to go deaf! I absolutely was chuffed to bits and couldn’t wait until we, as Little Mix could have our own tour. I pranced into our flat as Jade opened the door. It was late, but I was still full of energy. I needed to contact Zayn and tell him all about this. I remember some update account tweeting that the boys had a signing and interviews today. Hopefully they would be done with their interviews and Zayn would be opening. I popped open my laptop, Sugarscape was still open. I refreshed the page, just checking the new news. As my eyes fixated on the newly refreshed screen, I froze.

‘Seems like Zerrie isn’t forever anymore.’ read the title. Underneath it, it showed a photo of Zayn with his lips locked with a brunette. ‘Is Zerrie over? We got snaps of Zayn snogging some brunette fan in the New York signing today! Is Zayn not only a Bradford Bad Boi but also a cheater? That’s not all though, we have some exclusive photos of Perrie and a very familiar face. Check below! Seem familiar?’ Below was a photo of Adam leaving mine and Jade’s flat. Hell, what did everybody think this was? That Adam and I got over and shagged? ‘Seems like poor Zaynie saw photos of Perrie and Josh Hutcherson look-a-like Adam Wright and took the jealousy route! What do you think scapers? Is Perrie Edwards the cheater, or is Zayn?’ The article ended, but showcased more smaller photos of Zayn and the brunette. Tears began to well up in my eyes as my eyes went from her hands on her waist, her arms wrapped around him, and their lips connected together. I slammed the laptop shut, probably a little too hard. Jade came out of her room, seeing me breaking down as I leaned my head down on the kitchen counter she came over and rubbed my back. “He cheated. He fucking cheated with some skanky American brunette.” I sobbed between choky breaths. “I saw…you should call him. Talk to him about it.” She said. “You know what, I will.” I huffed, standing up straight as I reached for my phone, dialling his number. It went to voicemail after two rings, it was obvious that he had ignored my call.

“You leave me for two fucking days and you go sucking on another girl’s face. It just really shows that you don’t give two shits about me. You came back to London to tell me that you’re sorry and that you really like me, I should have known it was all bullshit. And now you’re dodging my calls. You just had to ruin my night, my first night of my first tour. You really are a jerk and I can’t believe I ever believed a word you said. If I had known you were such a jackass I would have stayed with Adam. At least he treats me right.” I said sourly into the phone, I was hoping the last two sentences would hit him hard. I ended the call, seething. I noticed Jade had left when I started ranting to him, it was good, I needed to be alone.

My phone buzzed and lit up with a notification. ‘At least I’m not a whore.’ it said, from Zayn. Not only had he called me a whore, he did it through text. I was so done. I threw my phone against the wall, seething. Soon that anger turned into a different emotion, sending tears to my eyes. I sank to the ground, I didn’t do anything wrong. I didn’t cheat. He did.
