... POV
The rest of that week was spent nicely actually, the following days basically consisted of Taehyung and his friends hanging out, remembering old times, just having an overall good time, and of course, a lot of packing. The very first days it hadn't really dawned on him how much his life was going to change, he was just trying to enjoy every moment as much as he could, doing his best to ignore the stinging pain that thinking about Yoongi from time to time brought to him... He constantly thought about him being there with him, about a world in which everything worked out for them, but he knew he had to stop thinking about it because it was simply never going to happen.
When Friday finally came around, Tae was kind of panicking, to be honest, he had finally realized he was moving the next day, his house was full of boxes, and that night he was having a final great get together with his friends as a goodbye. As soon as he arrived at school that day he was given instructions as to how to finish the school year via internet and everything that went into it, it was definitely a lot but he knew he could manage, getting away was better than staying and having to constantly see Yoongi for the next two months until he graduated. The day was going smoothly, just normal classes, not a lot of thinking, and he simply believed that at lunchtime he would joke around with his friends and that would be it... But then as he was heading alone towards the cafeteria someone stopped him out of nowhere by blocking his way.
"Tae, please, can we talk for a second?"- Yoongi said in a desperate voice tone, he looked sickly, almost as if he hadn't slept in a while.
"There's nothing to talk about"- Taehyung answered expressionlessly as he stared down Yoongi, remaining calm even though he could feel his heart pounding harder.
"Please, just... I know you are moving away tomorrow and I- "- The eldest began speaking, a knot forming on his throat, but he got interrupted by the very subject of his despair.
"Yes, I'm moving tomorrow, but I don't want to listen to you, not now, not never... Just leave me alone, okay?"- Tae finally blurted out, not really looking back at Yoongi, he felt like he was about to cry, but before he could do so he managed to walk past him and escape.
"But I need you"- Yoongi muttered, almost in a whisper, as he watched Tae disappear into the crowd, he wanted to insist, but it was to no use, he knew it, he had seen the look in the younger's eyes, and he had never seen it before.

When Tae arrived at the lunch table, he was shaken up, to say the least, he was still about to cry, seeing him again, talking to him, felt like torture. He wanted to throw himself into his arms and never get out, but that was not going to happen ever again, he had to learn, to exist without Yoongi. His friends seemed concerned when they saw him, he was pale and his expression was sorrowful in some way, he shook it off as him overthinking the moving and change and stuff, he didn't really want to bring up his old best friend. After a while he calmed down, they talked and joked around as he expected, it was his last lunch with them after all.
The day finished with his very last Literature class in that school, and Taehyung could not stop thinking about how ironic it was that his last class would be that one, after all, this whole thing started that first day of Sophomore year with his first "advanced class". He met, or better said, re-encountered Min Yoongi more than a year and a half ago, and the last time he would see him would be in that same classroom they once awkwardly introduced themselves at, it was almost laughable as much as it was bitter. They both sat down in silence during the whole lesson, Yoongi was sweating profusely, always wanting to say something but not being able to do so, and Taehyung was doing his best to not look at him at any given point, being as apathetic as he could. Fake it until you make it, they say.
