Rust; that was the only smell the girl caught a scent of, and it was horrid to say the least. Cold was the thing she felt, and the wet concrete floor she was sitting on didn't help any at all. Her legs were bare and numb against the floor, and they stung greatly. She could hear dripping sounds coming from her far left and she strained her ears to see if she could hear anything else, but it rendered useless. The blindfold tied around her eyes covered her ears as well, not giving her the ability to see or hear, not good anyway.
She attempted to sit up, but she yelped when a sharp pain spread through her body. Her body was aching immensely, and all she could was sit there and try to hold back her tears. She couldn't move anything from her chest down, and she felt as if she had been beaten. She felt restraints around her wrists and the wire dug into them, bruising her sweet caramel skin. The last thing she remembered was leaving school with her friends, then heading home by herself. She had been walking for about ten minutes before she blacked out, and now she was here and alert.
She jumped when a lock clicked in front of her and she looked up, or held her up more like, as she listened. A metal door opened slowly and it creaked as it was pulled back. Heavy footsteps entered the small room and she began to whimper as they neared her.
"W-Who's that?" She called, scooting against the wall as far as she could.
"It's okay, sweetheart," the man said, a raspy laugh following afterwards. A sickening feeling spread through her stomach and she sucked in a breath, a dry sob falling from her chapped lips.
"Please l-let me go," she begged. "I-I want to go home."
For a few seconds, she couldn't hear anything, only the same dripping sound she heard before. The silence was cut short when she felt her wrists being tugged, and a pained bellow crawled out of her throat. She heard something click beside her and she tried to move away, but the man yanked her hands towards him. The girl went to plead for him not to hurt her, but she stopped when she felt her wrists being cut free. The man hooked his hands under her arms and he stood her up a little too fast, causing her to stumble a bit.
"Stand straight, bitch," he sneered, grabbing her bicep hard. She said nothing as they walked out of the room, the blindfold still tight around her eyes. She walked with a limp next to the man, barely catching up with him as he strode down the corridor. She could hear talking in front of her, causing her eyebrows to furrow deeply.
Where is he taking me? She thought, straining her ears once more. Suddenly, they stopped in front of a door, catching her off guard as she tried to regain her balance. The man knocked on the hardwood three times, silencing the converters on the other side. Footsteps were heard behind the door and it opened slowly, a chuckle emitting from someone inside the room.
"This is the last one?" He asked, looking the girl up and down.
"It is," the man holding the girl said. "Is he ready to see her?"
"Agitated," the other one sighed. "But yes."
Without a word, the bulky man pulled the girl into the room. Although she couldn't see, she could feel a bunch of eyes on her as she stumbled forward, her hands instinctively wrapping around her small body.
"Take your time, sir," he said. The sound of clicking against the floor emitted from behind the girl and she stilled, her fingers digging into her sides anxiously. The clicking grew closer to her until she felt someone's chest against her back, and the belt buckle to their pants against her back made her shiver. The blindfold began to move until it was removed from her eyes, and the first thing she saw was the bright lights hanging in the middle of the room. Once her vision was intact again, she looked around the small room. She looked to her left, her eyes locking with one of the men standing by the door. She couldn't tell which one was the one who took her out of the room, but she was positive it was the nasty looking one with the long, untamed beard.
