After a few weeks of thinking and Jamie visiting him, Loki actually considered turning a new leaf. Jamie really made him think that he was wrong about what he did and he wanted to start over.
(A/N Same outfit as Chapter 3.)
He sighed then summoned a guard. The guard approached him faced him.
"Bring Thor here," Loki commanded.
The guard then left and a little while later, Thor came in.
(A/N Thor's outfit same from Chapter 2.)
"What is it you want, brother?" Thor asked.
Loki approached him and told him, "Thor, I've been giving some thought to what I've done on Midgard. I have seen my wrong doings and would very much like to...start over."
Thor was taken back by this for a minute. He eyed Loki suspiciously.
"You're not just saying this to get out, are you?" Thor said.
"No. I would like to get out of this cell, yes, but I really do want to make things right with Midgard. And if I have to remain in this cell, so be it. But I just wanted you to know that I want to change," Loki explained.
Thor went from his suspicious look to a smile.
"Let me go talk to Father and I'll see what I can do," Thor told him.
"Thank you, brother," Loki nodded.
Thor left and Loki sat in his chair and waited for a while to see what the result would be.
Then Thor came back in, making Loki stand up from his spot.
"Father says that if I trust that you have changed, he'll allow you to be set free," Thor told him.
"And do you?" Loki asked.
Thor nodded his head as he said, "Yes."
Loki smiled at that.
"But he has requested only one thing if you are to be set free," Thor added.
"And what does the All-Father ask of me?" Loki asked with a slight groan.
"Because I am a part of the Avengers and have Asgardian duties, I can not keep an eye on you. If you can find someone from Midgard to stay with, he will allow you to return there," Thor explained.
Loki then smirked to himself at that.
"I believe I know just the person," he said.
