Not long after, the thermometer went off and Loki took it out of her mouth to check it. His eyes slightly widened.
"What's wrong?" Jamie asked.
"What? Nothing. Your temperature is back to normal. I just can't understand why," Loki told her.
"Maybe because you took really good care of me," she smiled.
He returned it and caressed her cheek.
"Thank you. At least I can finally do this," he smirked.
He kissed her, which she returned. He wrapped one arm around her waist while he placed his other hand on the back of her head. She put one arm around his neck while she also put her other hand on the back of his head. When they parted, they couldn't help but smile.
"And since you are a great dancer, have you ever had a partner?" Loki asked her.
"No. I haven't. Yet anyway," Jamie answered.
"Then let's change that," he smirked and looked at her phone.
She smiled at that. Then he picked "Say Something" from A Great Big World. He played it and set the phone back down. He shape shifted into more comfortable clothes. He was still himself he just had his hair pulled back in a ponytail.

"May I have this dance, my lady?" he asked, holding his hand out.
She smiled, accepted it, and answered, "You most certainly may, kind sir."

Once done, they took their hands off their mouths and walked toward each other, leaving no space between them.
"I do like this song, but there's something in it that's not true," Jamie said.
"What would that be?" Loki asked.
"I'd never give up on you," she answered, caressing his cheek.
He kissed her then told her, "I would never do that to you either."
