Jamie decided to do another dance, so she put on Karmin's "Acapella". She remembered her old dance she did to that song, so she started the music and did the dance.
(A/N I do not own this video and I'm not in it; I just liked this routine. Imagine that Jamie's doing the same dance moves as the girl with the black top.)
When she was done, she panted hard and went to get her phone. But she froze where she was when she saw Loki with a smirk on his face and holding her phone. She looked to see groceries on the kitchen counter. She looked back at him, nervous to what he was going to say.
"You should be resting," Loki told her, going back to his original form.
(A/N Same outfit as Chapter 3.)
Jamie cleared her throat as she stood straight and responded, "I was. But you took so long, so I decided to move around a bit."
"I think you did more than 'a bit'," he pointed out.
"How long were you watching?" she asked.
"Oh, I arrived when you started your first dance. But I wanted to see what you could do and I must say, you are a great dancer," Loki answered.
She blushed a dark shade of pink out of embarrassment. Loki smiled as he took the thermometer and put it in her mouth.
"I'm feeling better, you know," Jamie said.
"There's nothing wrong with making sure," he pointed out.
"Fine," she fake-pouted, making him laugh a little.
