Warnings: quite a lot of angst but HAPPY ENDING 😀 this is the longest chapter I have ever done and in my opinion THE best enjoy!!

Obadiah entered Tony's lab, Tony was tinkering away his back to his worst nightmare
"Hello Tony it's been a while" Tony dropped Spider-Man's suit.

  That voice made his skin shrivel he wearily turned around every other time it had been imagination why would it be any different "it's in my head it's in my head" he whimpered. "Oh I'm very real!" Tony now shaking, stood face to face with HIM.

Obadiah craned his neck around him "Spider-Man! What are you working on?
Can I help?" He added smirking Pointing to his arc reactor

THAT sent Tony into overdrive and he backed away but he was too close to his desk and didn't create anymore of a gap Obadiah grinned taking a step forward hearing audibly loud Tony's breath quicken "No no no no no! GO AWAY, YOUR NOT REAL"
Tony was panicking BIG TIME

"I'm back for you Tony shall we hug it out?" His calm smile sent further shivers down his spine as Tony involuntarily shrank back in the corner one hand over his arc reactor one out for self defence his eyes shut as Obadiah advanced further towards him his shadow covering his quivering frame
"please please please go away! Peter? PETER!" Tony yelled grabbing something

it wasn't unusual to scream for peter, after all  he was imagining this
"peter? Who.."
Obadiah looked to what Tony clung onto for dear life the Spider-Man suit "So this peter is Spider-Man?"

Tony nodded not really sure why overcome with emotion head spinning "Ooh Tony secrets secrets" Obadiah knelt down next to him "you care for him?" Another nod a needle plunged into the vulnerable man "then I shall look forward to meeting him"

frightened wide eyes and Tony was out like a light but he swore he had heard "DAD!" In the distance

<Mysterio bring him> Obadiah transformed back to his true form <I'm on my way>

Simultaneously...
That was the first thing Steve noticed darkness one window shedding just the tiniest bit of light into the gloom then another shadow
"Red Skull!"
"I've got him back" he smirked
Who..what..I.."
Red skull smiled widely
"Bucky"

"WHAT! no NO your lying LIAR!" Steve roared punching the only window which shattered over the floor reducing them to total darkness!!

"Take me instead" he whispered mainly to himself but skull heard.

Red skull stood infront of him unimpressed he sighed and took a sidestep and
"(Russian Mumbo jumbo)"

Winter soldier leaped from behind him pinning Steve to the floor where he stood...The window...with the broken glass!

"Bucky?, BUCKY! NO Bucky it's me ste..mph"
A gloved hand covered his mouth as Skulls boots scuffed the floor approaching them
"Harder"
before Steve could ask(mumble into Buckys hand) what he meant his wrists were being pushed back harder into the broken glass he hissed as it made contact and pierced his skin
"Harder!"
The glass drew red from his wrists as he winced and grit his teeth
"HARDER"
the shards buried deeper into him and he screamed "mmm!" (Muffled) Red skull said "(Russian Mumbo jumbo)"

Buckys hold relaxed Steve tried to stand but his surroundings began to get darker no...it wasn't the surroundings! his eyes began to droop Steve looked too red skull kneeling infront of him, pointing to Buckys hand his glove!

"Chlo.ro.f.formmm" he mused
as he fell deeper and deeper
"nighty night" skull cooed

"when you awake you will remember what actually happened feeling especially stupid that Hypnosis worked on captain America"
