RECAP:
Steve was abusing verbally and physically- Peter. After Peter was caught overhearing steve talking to Hydra. Steve took him there and revealing himself, now wants Tony as well...

"We left Him AlOne WITh HIM WE LEFT PETER WITH YOU MONSTER WE TRUSTED YOU!

Peter Screamed in agony
PURE UNBRIDLED AGONY

"SIR PLEASE NO HELP ME STOP PLEASE TONY!!!" Stark gripped the table harder his kid was calling out for him for him and he couldn't hug him he couldn't smooth his hair and tell him everything would be alright  "TONY!!!!!!"

"NO kid! Stop! You're not a monster ok ok ok! I'll do anything! You win ok! What do you want Steve?"
He smirked "you"

"Me? why?"
"As you say...Your Tony Stark and before you ask no we don't want weapons we have-other plans for you"
Stark scoffed "you talk like you have me" Skulls smile and Steve's smirk got bigger "we do. You know it, we know it. You for Petey-pie. Say your goodbyes. see you in 3 hours" and the screen went black

For a while, there was just silence as the avengers let this new information sink in. Tony broke the silence "he's right. I'll see you in 3 months" he turned away but there was a strong grip on his arm stopping him "Tony you can't expect to leave hydra without...problems" Bucky said Tony gave a toothy grin "I'll add them to the list" he tried fruitlessly to shake off the arm.

Then tug and when that didn't work he resorted to prying it off digit by digit even when he found a screwdriver in his pocket from one of his latest projects and that didn't budge it; did he get frustrated to make it worse bucky didn't do anything to stop him further none of the others moved just watched Tony work and scowl.

Then Tony tried releasing Buckys pinky got the screwdriver under it and with all his might pulled it back. The pinky released there was a minute yelp of joy before it was immediately extinguished by Bucky putting it back down. " Tony was getting very impatient "WHY DID YOU DO THAT!"

"You're NOT leaving Tony!" Bucky said defiantly " I won't let you.WE won't let you"

Tony was getting more and more panicked his breaths came laboured. " I don't care if you won't let me my Kid is out there screaming for me and I'll be dammed if I sit here and leave him there" and he pounced,

Bucky too shocked, dropped his arm and Tony legged it to the door. The second a toe touched outside he was back in..standing there was

one disgruntled Rhodey. "you will stay inside and find another way" he demanded dragging Tony back inside. "Noooo Tony no" he whined, "Tony YES" pepper said appearing behind Rhodey
"um Tony yes?" The genius in question replied scratching his scalp. A comforting hand fell onto his shoulder "Tony..we can figure this out together Peter'll be here before you know it" With that declaration the avengers scattered.

Natasha and Clint to scour the streets looking for any signs of intrusion, capture or anything out of place. Bucky to his room- probably mourning the Steve he never knew and working on his 'game face' (do not become the soldier, do NOT become the soldier)  and the
genius to their computers -

Tony being guarded by both pepper and Rhodey. After all they knew him best and knew the second they looked away Tony would be in that hydra base - Hydra's latest test dummy or top scientist or newest soldier or who knows what else they were planning for him.

Point made Tony begrudgingly sat down next to Bruce working on a 'saving peter Parker plan' and on operation- black ice (roughly translated to: find Steve, torture Steve, kill Steve, revive Steve, torture him again kill him again and repeat every 4 hours).
