NICK P.O.V.: I knocked on her door and she opened almost immediately.

Demi: come in (I walked into her house as she closed the door and then, we sat on the sofa) I can make some coffee of you want

Nick: I don't think it's necessary but...if you want to drink, we can drink it (she bit her lip and stood up)

Demi: wait here, I'll be back (she walked into the kitchen and reappeared in the living room three minutes later with two cups of coffee. She sat next to me again and gave me my cup)

We started drinking it and I guess both of us were completely nervous cause we weren't even looking at each other, until I glanced at her and just spit out what I had on my throat since we kissed.

Nick: why you've been ignoring me? Since...(she drank from her cup and looked at me a second before turning her head back to the floor)

Demi: cause I thought that if I ignored you, it would be easier to continue with my life

Nick: without me? (She sighed before nodding) but you promised me after Christmas that you wouldn't walk away from me again, and I promised the same...what happened with that?

Demi: (she bit her lip and looked at me with teary eyes) I know what I promised but I just, it's very difficult to be around you after we kissed Nick

Nick: was the kiss the reason of the problem? (She nodded) I shouldn't have made a move then

Demi: it's not that (she stood up and walked in front of me with the cup of coffee in her hands)

Nick: was it too bad you don't wanna see me again cause I cringe you? (She rolled her eyes and shook her head) what was it then?

Demi: we went way too far when we kissed, and I'm not talking about the way we kissed, I'm talking about that gesture of kissing. We shouldn't have done that (I frowned)

Nick: really? Cause I thought we both wanted that kiss, was I wrong?

Demi: I never said that, I know that we both wanted that kiss to happen but we fucked up when we kissed

Nick: why? You're not being clear with me

Demi: I don't know what else to say?

Nick: well, just say something cause it's way too hard for me to be here with you and plus, you're not being clear with me

Demi: I'm sorry, it's not easy for me neither Nick. You don't understand my point

Nick: tell me which point and I will (she sighed) we're best friends, right?

Demi: that's the problem. We're best friends, we aren't supposed to kiss

Nick: why not?

Demi: cause we can't go anywhere

Nick: how's that?

Demi: of course I liked the kiss, of course I wanted it and of course it was amazing but...I need to know what you want with me

Nick: ask me then

Demi: (she bit her lip before glancing at me) what do you want us to do after the kiss? Continue being friends or turning into something else?
