Still no sign of the ultimate hope. I sign. Does he not realize how dangerous leaving me alone out here, in the open, actually is?!
'Don't move' was all he said before he went off to wherever and do whatever. I stood there and waited and waited for him to return. I stomped my foot in frustration, not knowing any other way to be frustrated without drawing attention to myself. Instead of screaming, yelling, overall acting like a baby throwing a tantrum, I just huffed, breathing in and out. Calming. Yeah, calming.
That was until I heard the sound of footsteps. Most likely Izuru, due to the light, calming sound of shoes tapping against a hard, messed up ground. I turned my head and indeed saw Izuru walking over to me, his unusually long jet black hair swaying with every step he takes. He walks over to me and stands beside me, back facing me as he unlocks the door to room number three. Oh. He was getting a key to get in. I face palmed myself for not thinking of that. He obviously wouldn't leave me out in the open with a higher chance of death. "Don't do that." He said, opening the door, grabbing my wrist and drags me inside, locking the door behind him.

Surprisingly the inside was as clean as any hotel aside from the collected dust and spider webs, potentially spiders in here as well. The beds were...well...beds, there sheets were not clean but not too dirty, just dusty with a stain or two of...something on it. The pillows were okay looking, but more than seven stains were visible on the pillows. Fortunately there were two beds present in the room, both in the same condition as each other. A night stand present on both sides of the bed and in the middle of them. A bathroom with a sink, toilet, and a shower. A TV, most likely not working.

I glanced over at Izuru and noticed he was sitting on the bed farther from the door, closer to the bathroom, in his usual position, one leg up. I walked over to what I guess is my bed for the night... (?) and sat down, kicking off my shoes, bringing my feet up, laying on the bed, staring at the ceiling.

Absolute silence surrounded us. It wasn't a comfortable silence but it wasn't uncomfortable either.

I rolled over to my side, facing Izuru, resting my head on my arms. "Hey, Izuru? Why did you drag us all the way here?" I asked, the question boggling my mind since he ditched my apartment door. He looked off to the side, in thought or something, at least I guess. "Someone was in the apartment." He said, bluntly. "........huh?" I asked, after letting the news sink in. "How do you know?" I asked. "The door handle wasn't in place. It was slightly parted." He explained. "Oh." Was all I said. "Alright..." I mumble, rolling back on my back, closing my eyes. I sigh lightly, letting this day sink in.

Day...

Darkness consumes me.

I'm pretty sure you guys are agrivated on how slow and short these stories are. Again sorry, I had to prepare for midterms and stuff and now I have PE to deal with. I'm not physically fit, and I'm already tired with how much effort it takes for me to get home.
Again sorry. This book is still updating as much as possible and I'm not taking a break anytime soon. So don't worry too much.
